I've purchased a few times and twice I had problems. The first problem was rectified but only because I disputed the charges with my bank. The second issue they didn't customize the jersey as paid for and they ignored both my emails requesting a refund or to help in some way. Shipments come from China so tracking is a nightmare and slow. Customer service barely exists. With all that said, the products are decent for knock offs.

The football shirts look great and are of good quality at a fair price. They were also very helpful with the follow-up of the package delivery. It was a very pleasant experience. No complaints whatsoever. In fact, the next order is already placed!

There is a large choice of kits. You can chose from any decade, any country and any club. The quality when you receive the kits is amazing. Every détail are on the kits. Thanks from France!

I ordered 2 shirts on the 29th of November which sat at pre transit from then and still haven't been delivered. When I chased them up they told me it would be delivered that week. It wasn't. They then assured the next it would be delivered. It wasn't. I've still never received the item and they're ignoring my emails now. AVOID the company!!! Still waiting on my Christmas present to be delivered and it's the 27th of December now. I told them I'd be writing a negative review if they didn't resolve the issue so here we are. Thanks for ignoring me.

I inadvertently ordered my kit to the wrong address but, notwithstanding it was an extremely busy time for them, the staff at Retrokit took time to ensure my order went to the correct address. Superb service

The time kit took to deliver was almost 4 weeks and communication back from them regarding updates was very slow, once order was delivered very happy with the product, so if they could communicate quicker with updates i would have rated them higher.

I ordered two football shirts for my grandson for Christmas on the 11th December, hoping they would be delivered in time. I was a little concerned a few days later when the order stated it was still bring processed, but an email to the company resulted in the order being sent, arriving on the 23rd. I cannot fault RetroKit, they tracked the delivery, keeping me updated and let me know the parcel had been delivered. I cannot thank them enough.

Order weeks ago to arrive before Xmas.waited 2 weeks with no shipping details contacted sent shipping details for another order told them not me semd same shipping details.contacted numerous times all the say shipping has been sent with no details or someone else's order I would avoid this company.

I'm very pleased with my order and I'll definitely order in the future. Yes, it does take about 2 weeks to get your order delivered but when a personalisation is required then it definitely takes a bit of time. But it is worth to wait.

Shirts are really good quality, I bought two for my son's Christmas and he will be delighted when he opens them. Delivery was a little slow I hadn't heard from company so messaged via Instagram and they came back straight away and shirts were dispatched next day and have arrived in time for Xmas. Good customer service and worth the wait will defo use again.

1,5 månader nu. I början svarade de på mejl och sa att den här veckan kommer beställningen. Fick en avisering för ca 3 veckor sedan med länk där det stod att leveransen var på väg. Ingen uppdatering efter det när jag använder samma länk. Hoppas på att det löser sig via Paypal. Observera att alla registrerade företag som innehåller theretrokit verkar vara samma bluffbolag.

Ordered about 3 weeks ago, still not been recieved by Royal Mail although it was apprently sent tot he on the 1st, sent numerous messages and no response or reply, absolutely useless dont bother wasting your money

Just a scam

Places my order 3 weeks ago still hasn’t been shipped and both messages I’ve have sent have been ignored. Don’t waste your money

Order over a week ago. No confirmation email, no confirmation email of shipment either. Tried to contact them twice via their website, had no reply. Money has been taken. Would just like to know where the order is? It’s a Christmas present too. Would like a refund if possible.
