I ordered the Arsenal 05/06 away kit and they sent me the wrong kit. They then said they would fix this by sending the correct kit, but what I’ve received is not the correct kit as the detailing that is supposed to be black around the neck is blue instead. The quality of the kit is also not good either.

Ordered before from them takes time to come but quality is really good this time I ordered a shirt waited for it but came in too big I text them and they were very kind to answer back to me and send me another shirt back I will be ordering from here again and many thanks to the man who helped me out

Ordered 2 retro shirts and the quality is brilliant. I would recommend this company as the shirts are great. The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is the length of time it takes for delivery. I was a bit concerned originally as I had not expected the order to take so long. Now that I know that it’s not a scam and the shirts have arrived, I will definitely order again.

Ordered a retro Netherlands kit, email received saying the kit I had ordered was not available, fair enough - it happens. Offered an alternative kit of which they got back to me saying they’d check if it was in stock, alas, 7 days later, no response.

Sent multiple follow ups, including a request for a refund following the complete silence, still nothing heard.

Avoid this company at all costs - like lots of people have recommended on TrustPilot already.

UPDATE: like others, as soon as this review was posted and the PayPal refund request was made, Retro Kits have reached out to provide much needed comms and have subsequently dispatched the order. Their kit choice is vast, their comms are woefully inadequate.

It's been over a month since my order, they haven't responded to any of my emails and the tracking number they gave me doesn't exist. Do not order from this company it is a scam

I Have never ordered from them before and this was my first time ordering from them. I was excited at first so I placed my order on 07/04/2025 I was aware of the long delivery process however I did not expect it to be this bad:
I got an email about my order on 16/04/2025 being in "Pre Transit" I waited for a week until I emailed and alerted them about my concern for it being in this state for over a week.
I'm not sure if they saw this or not but the next day on 25/04/25 I got an email is in transit. I was relieved.
However The next day I've received an email saying it had been delivered but to the wrong address!
This has been a long and frustrating experience i sent yet another email to say that they've sent it to the wrong address in which i wrote correctly. I doubt they will reply wasting a £100 on 3 shirts.
I will notify anyone of any progress but I am very upset about this order.

Update: Thankfully they reached out to me in only one day and they offered me a full refund or expedited shipping at their cost hopefully it will arrive soon

UPDATE 5 days later: Still not received any shipping confirmation on my order or any response from them at all, they simply cannot be a*sed whoever these people are. They are scammers and they are rats…WOW, just wow! The worst company I’ve genuinely ever dealt with, I cannot believe it.

Don’t listen to the good reviews honestly, this has been ridiculous.

Ive ordered from this place once before (which is why I’ve chosen them again) and never had any issues at all, but they have gone sooo bad. I ordered 3 weeks ago, no update from them at all. I’ve emailed every single day for a week, still nothing.

I’m not one to complain or leave bad reviews at all, but this has been nothing far of a joke.

The customer service is absolutely dreadful, you’d think we’re paying them our money, the least you expect is to be updated on the progress of your order.

I’ll update you all if I hear anything, but I’ve never dealt with anything like this before.

Starting to think they’ve just taken my money and turned into scammers?

Vor fast 2 Monaten bestellt, bisher noch nichts angekommen. Habe 2 Paket-Tracking Links per Mail bekommen, beide funktionieren nicht(bei dem DHL Link steht dass zu meiner Sendung keine Informationen vorliegen). Eine Mail habe ich auch schon verschickt, in der ich nachgefragt habe ob es ein Update zu meiner Bestellung gibt. Auf diese Mail gab es bisher noch keine Antwort

All I can say is well worth the wait!!! Quality for value is great. I’ve purchased over 10+ kits with them all living up to expectations. Recommend to my mates on a regular basis

Really dodgy company. Over 14 days since my order and nothing received. No responses to emails from me. I’m being forced to report to my bank as a fraudulent transaction. Avoid.

May 14 update. I received money back from my bank within 24 hours of raising a claim. Still nothing from this company and no responses to emails, although they keep trying to get this review taken down. I don’t take kindly to being ripped off and will continue to draw attention to this company’s practices.

I have never known such a bad , rude and unprofessional company.
Firstly the tracksuit is absolutely huge I bought 5/6 and it looks like a dress on my 6 year old the trousers are even worse it's completely unwearable . Secondly I added for it to personalised to which it wasn't.
I emailed customer service to which they have replied taking no responsibility whatsoever, they have even said that top can't be personalised after it's advertised it can online. They are persistent the tracksuit is the right size even after I included pictures showing it's clearly not.
When I said 'I haven't even received an apology' there reply was ' there is no need for us to issue an apology on our side we have sent what was ordered'
I am now scared to return the item, as I have read the reviews now from previous customers which have sent the items back and not received the refund!!
I am so disappointed as my son really wanted this as his main birthday present and we were completely let down.
Avoid at all costs !!

Bought a personalised shirt, took a while to arrive and when it arrived it had no personalisation on it. I’ve contacted them 3 separate times to ask if I can get sent a new one/refund but have no reply

The design, the fit, and the quality—everything is just perfect. It really brings back memories of the good old days! Only received confirmation of order from PayPal. Waited two weeks and received no notification or email from the company. When I opened a case on PayPal quite a rude and abrupt response stating they had email me twice stating the kit was out of stock. but it still shows online that it is in stock. Don't use them as I doubt i would have got a refund had I not used PayPal

Didn’t know what to expect, but man, this jersey is amazing. Super soft, looks legit, and the colors pop. Took a bit longer to arrive, but totally worth the wait. Already eyeing my next one!

Really poor communication
Football top received without requested name and number on the back. Complained twice since receiving it and not heard back.

Got my retro jersey today, and wow, it’s awesome! Feels super comfy, and the quality is way better than I expected. Looks just like the old-school ones. Took a bit to arrive, but totally worth it. Gonna grab another one soon!
