The website was easy to navigate and the pictures of the artwork were good to enable me to make a choice. Once the order was placed I received an email asking me if there was a deadline for delivery as the picture needed framing and they wanted to make sure it was delivered in time. The picture arrived within a week and was so well-packed, the framing is superb, and I am very happy with the quality of the print. Thank you

I have purchased numerous pieces over the last few years with all the paperwork and transactions to substantiate my statements. Each and every time I phone and say thank you. Always as described often better, heavily protected with against damage any addition request re framing etc not a problem. Prompt delivery even includes wall fixings. All in all always a first class experience.

Good service. Royal mail delivery can be difficult if you are not going to be in as hard to interact / change delivery day. No cleaning instructions with second purchase.

Lovely piece, prompt despatch. Was a little disappointed that the piece was from an export run, not a problem but would have been nice to know beforehand. Gentleman I spoke to was ‘take it or leave it’ so wasn’t the best after sales. Maybe a more personal touch would make the buying experience better.
