When my order was being delivered I received a notice from the carrier that my print had been damaged. I let Riverside know and without a pause they reassured me that they would make good and damage. When the parcel arrived it did indeed show damage. On opening I discovered that my framed picture had been so well packaged that it was only external damage. Riverside kept me informed at every point of travel and were always willing to help.

Unfortunately the wrong item was sent and had to be returned and replaced by the correct item. This is the reason for three stars.
