Exceptional customer service - would definitely recommend. I recently purchased ’Mother & Daughter’ lithograph following the loss of my beautiful mother. I was quite indecisive regarding framing as I wanted something different from what I already have.
All correspondence with gallery staff was positive. Staff I spoke to via email were patient and offered much welcomed advice - enabling me to upgrade the frame for a little extra and I’m so pleased I did. It arrived today and is simply stunning, it made me cry! Thank you so much. I already have my eye on my next piece.

I made my first ever purchase from them but forgot to include my "first time" discount. After paying, I spotted that I could have had a discount and I called them up. They instantly refunded me an amount equal to the discount I should have applied.
When the picture arrived, it was very well packaged.

Having never bought from Riverside Gallery before, I can't praise them too highly. Sean went above and beyond to change the frame colour of a Doug Hyde print that we purchased after we decided that we would have rather had it in a black frame rather than the white frame we ordered, he arranged to have it collected and one in a black frame returned to us at no extra cost, we wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again

Sean and his team are the best. I've purchased several pieces from them over the years and I'm always treated with top service. They will always be my first choice when selecting a new piece of art for my home or office.
