Hi excellent boots good quality and very comfortable only criticism is the delivery waited over 3 weeks for them .

These boots are really comfortable and actually WATERPROOF. I’ve tried so many other boots in the past and they always let in water. I walk twice daily with my dogs so need footwear I can rely on. These boots fit the bill perfectly.

I wore the boots on a very wet and rainy day and they kept my feet warm and dry, They were very comfortable and also good on the slippery muddy ground.

Great shoes but only for a short while. Bought them for Christmas for my husband. By March the soles had cracked open and let the water in. I spoke to Thermafits - they said this period of time is standard wear and tear. I don't agree.

So happy with the boots, look great, so comfortable and no wet feet. Excellent

Took forever to arrive in the UK and only to discover that a size 6 is actually a UK size 7 (EU 40). The reply I received is that as they are unisex they come larger and as I was’t aware of this ordered my regular size, far to big. Very disappointing.

I unfortunately bought two pairs in a deal. Neither pair lasted 2 months before they started leaking. I contacted the company and the reply was you can only get money back or replacements within 30 day money back option, the boots lasted just over 30 days!

Absolutely love these Boots, I use the second pair as Slippers…

Bought these after my wife bought some. She has winter & summer versions & I have the summer. The fit is really comfortable & the boots are very lightweight. Not tested mine in the wet yet, but wife says hers kept her feet dry. Very happy

The boots leaked after a few weeks of wearing them. I emailed the company and sent a picture of my soaking socks
I was sent this response, unfortunately no new boots have arrived despite me contacting them again .

Our boots are fully waterproof and many of our customers use them in wet conditions daily. It sound like you may have received a faulty pair, which is extremely rare but does occasionally happen.

We would like to send you a replacement pair free of charge immediately, please confirm your size and color together with the shipping address.

For the records, could you please provide us with the photo/video showing the leaks or the issue of the boots? disregard if already provided.

Good comfortable boots .
A bigger loop at the back would be better for pulling on.
I use them for dog walking and find them good and have kept my feet warm and dry.

The offer details about the deal were unclear, and trying to contact Thermafits to seek clarification was near impossible. It has taken over 3 weeks in the end to get my shoes - customer service responses are very very slow, and receiving a clear answer on the first or second attempt simply does not happen :-(

The Shoes and fleece insoles seem ok, it will be interesting to see if they will last.

Took 4 weeks to Arrive. Did not always get a reply to messages.
Boots are lovely and warm, light and comfortable to wear. Not like walking on a cloud though and legs still ache when you walk as much as me.
A bit hard to get on with a high in step. Seem to be waterproof in shallow wet areas but as I wear for 10-12 hours a day they are damp inside at end of day! Not sure if that's sweat as feet feel dry still.
Not sure how you get the fleece lining clean if mud,wet has splashed up to ankle of boot!
Grip quite good but they do slip in slick mud. Would buy again if guaranteed quicker delivery

Im happy with the waterproof boot would like to order the fleece lined ones not sure if I should go up a size because of the lining

Well the boots would be nice i have been waiting since end of janurary i have paid for them but no boots have got in touch four times and they said we will look into it thinking this is a scam

I love my type 1 winter boots - they're pretty much perfect - have them in grey and black.

The new type 2 all-year round boots - which I have in Khaki Green and Black have a flaw on the ear pull-loop which is sewn-up. On the type 1 you can get your finger in there to properly pull the boot on - but you cannot do that on the new type - which is a minor annoyance. Otherwise - these are fantastic - and plenty of people have asked me where I got them!

The boots are not waterproof! After walking on wet grass my feet were soaked. Contacted customer service, was told "must be a faulty pair, provide an address, we'll send a replacement. Nothing ever arrived and customer service never replied again. 3 months ago. Big scam

Boots are not waterproof. Merchant sent replacement. These again not waterproof. Merchant stopped replying to mail when I asked for refund.
I am sceptical about all the positive reviews.
Further to my review. I started a chargeback against this comany.
I received an email, which had not grasped the previous problems. THEY DO NOT EXPECT THE PRODUCT TO LAST MORE THAN 2 MONTHS

Ordered months ago - order never turned up - asked for a refund twice and was ignored - these boots are being drop shipped from China

Kept reading the reviews on these boots and they where all good, so I brought me and my mum some and wow these boots are so comfy, straight out for 5 mile dog walk and so comfy, like walking in your slippers. Definitely don’t put of buying, worth every penny.
