Thermo Hero Reviews

Good product from a good honest suppler.

Great little cool bag, just what i needed for my work sandwiches.

All good thank you. Great size and look and most importantly so far so good on keeping food properly warm in autumn temperatures, unlike my previous flask (different make). Will be interesting to see how well it does in colder winter but am hopeful!

Brilliant flask I have bought older models a few years ago, this is top quality, and goes with me every time I leave the house.
Fantastic product, excellent price and arrived quickly.
Thanks.

Great product (Over Board 17l pannier)
Efficient service, and the cheapest around

My items not been delivered and they asked me to check my safe place where it could be delivered and it’s not been put anywhere and still awaiting for a reply to see where it is, I’m very annoyed

Good product. Received on time

No update when my order was due to arrive. Also said "tracking numbers" but they never gave any numbers. Article brilliant though.

Order came in an ok time frame. Glad there was minimal plastic packaging.
Product is good.
Would buy from Thermo Hero again.

Appears to be good quality but disappointed it doesn’t have a pouring facility within the screw top. You have to unscrew the top rather than simply press a button to pour.

Very happy from buying to the delivery of my goods can not fault anyone huge thanks.
Excellent all round service

Great size holds 2 cappuccino...no messing around with cups ..stays hot for hours , this is larger than the one I bought from Lakeland ,but I’m really happy it holds more as I’m out all day

The Thermos Ultimate 500ml flask on opening actually looks expensive . The spout stopper comes in 2 pieces which means its easy to fill up and doesn't drip on pouring. Kept my coffee piping hot for hours.
Worth the money . I'll probably end up buying the 900 ml also.

Excellent and trustworthy. Speedy delivery. Well packed. Products match to the description.

Really good service quick and easy order and came straight away

Arrived really quickly and fulfilled my request for reduced plastic packaging. It only had one plastic sleeve, the rest was paper stuffing. I already know this is an amazing product.

Order arrived as expected and in excellent time. All positive!

Great little mug. It is small, but that’s ok because I wanted a small leakproof one for travelling and also to fit under the spout in Waitrose to get my free coffee!😉

Lovely quality - a great buy & perfect as a small lunch bag .
