Why I Opened TSW - I opened this website for two reasons. Reason one was to create an easy to access resource for those new to lightsabers. A place where those new to the community can come and learn about lightsabers, lightsaber manufacturing, and all of the options available to them as a consumer, or hobbyist. When I wanted to purchase my first lightsaber I was overwhelmed with options, stores, promotions, & sales. I didn't know where to look or buy from. So I set out to research the product, and find the best options that suited what I needed as a hobbyist. I scoured the internet for months to learn as much about lightsabers as I could, and now I am attempting to become a one stop shop for all of your lightsaber needs.

Honestly I couldn't even behind to…

Honestly I couldn't even behind to describe the horror the owner of this company caused me. All I asked for was a refund and he used threaten words and phases. Cussed me out several time with such vulgar language that I have not heard sense I was on the streets of Detroit. Refused to give proof of my refund until I asked several times. Each with a new round of vulgarity from him. Threated me with his "screen shots" if I took this public. Screen shots of what? Me asking for a refund and him cussing me out for it? The owner of this company is a damaged man that has no business dealing with the public. I want people to know the truth behind the man behind this company.

(Added after his post calling me a liar)

If you're here looking, you're a smart individual. If it was as simple as he is implying, why on Earth would I waste my time coming here and posting?

1st) I canceled because I got a bad vibe from the site after looking to purchasing other products.
A. While looking at several different products I couldn't fully customize my purchase (ex. Length. Having to have the product checked to make sure it works correctly. An additional $40 fee I might add.) I realized this isn't a polished business its more of a quick set-up operation, which screamed A.I. scam to me.
B. I sent several inquiries as to how to customize the additional products I wanted, with no reply. Reinforcing my idea of a scam.

2) At this point I sent a message to cancel. I was precise and clear. His reply was very unprofessional.

The next round of messages including me explaining why I wanted to cancel, including 2 month wait and having to pay a ridiculous $40 fee to make sure the product your buying functions. Your pressured into this option by the sites wording and 10% restocking fee. And finishing with a very rude reply by him saying he refunded it.

The next day, with no evidence of a refund other then his rude reply, I asked for proof of this refund in the morning. Again I was very professional. At this point my fears of being scammed were quite high and wouldn't dare make him angry for fear of not getting my refund. I was ignored. Late afternoon I sent another request for proof of a refund. Then at this point he began verbally attacking me with language that shocked me. He knows I can't put up screen shoots of his verbal assault on me on any reputable site because of the sheer vulgarity of the posts. He posted a picture of a open window on a computer stating I was refunded. It still wasn't hard evidence of a refund as I received no email. At this point I started a legal process against him. The following day, late at night I received an email stating I was refunded from my purchase from his company. He didn't refund me when he said. He only refunded me after I posted my experience on this sight.

I apologize for this incredibly long post, it was much shorter until his reply, which is an incredible work of fiction.

I'll finish will this. I am an disabled American. I have no affiliation with any person, place or thing other than my cat. There is nothing fishy here. This is just a brutally honest post from a man deeply shakened by several despicable messages from the owner of the company I was honestly trying to get a refund from.

This is the worst customer experience I have EVER had. This customer ordered a saber on january 5th, didn.t read any of the options he checked or how they worked, and made a purchase, only to change his mind the next day, and send a scathing email telling me cancel me order and refund my money.

I cancelled his order as requested at that time. He was sent an email from Shopify the system I use that his order was cancelled. I then emailed him and asked why the cancelation and was scathed for my business practices that are CLEARLY DEFINED BEFORE PURCHASE. He just decided to not read the options and check random boxes.

On top of that after issuing his refund yesterday, for which Shopify again sent him an email, he sent another scathing email asking for a refund. Hes entitled, EXTREMELY entitled. Be cautious of doing business with him ever.

He deserves everything he got from me.

This did NOT go down as he stated. This entire experience is fishy as hell.

Thanks SaberWorkShop for a great purchase experience! I had bad luck wasting time with 2 other competitors that were either bait and switching mystery sabers or offering items they couldn't deliver.
The SaberWorkShop not only had the best prices, but also by far the best customer support.
I wish I would have found you first and I could have saved a lot of time and a huge headache with credit card disputes from overseas companies that took over a month to refund me.
If you buy from anywhere else, you are making a mistake.
Thanks for saving the day, you are an example of how a business should operate!

Good Deal!

The prices seemed too good to be true, but I was surprised that my lightsaber's quality is very similar to the ones I've purchased from Neo Saber. J was good about updating me on my order, and even threw in a little extra to make up for some unexpected delays.

Great service

Pretty decent saber for the price but the customer service is amazing. My package got sent to the wrong address and the minute after I emailed them they responded and had it sent to me in good time.

The products shipped fairly quickly…

The products shipped fairly quickly given the boxing week timeline. Everything was as promised and when I emailed support for the proffie config files, they replied right away with the downloadable configs for me to work from.

Multiple Purchases, Great service everytime.

I have purchased multiple sabers from TheSaberWorkshop and have always had excellent service and excellent communication. The sabers have been excellent quality with much cheaper price than other sites. J has even went above and beyond to assist with issues I had with existing sabers that weren't purchased from him. Great experience all around. Highly Recommend!

Jin the Batman Approves👍🏾

You guys did an amazing job with supplying me with a replacement blade. I'm not exactly sure but I'm confident in knowing that because it's a thinner blade they crack easier, nonetheless this one is standing up to the test of saber classes and works just as good as the others. Only been a month since I've received it and had a few classes and practicing on my own no damage so far

I couldn’t be happier having chosen TSW…

I couldn’t be happier having chosen TSW for my saber purchase. The shipping was fast, the saber I ordered is amazing, and TSW literally has the best customer service out there.

Also, much unlike the lions share of online saber sellers. TSW is open about where the sabers they sell come from. Not making one think that the sabers are bespoke.

Between the superior customer service, the best prices around, and a wide selection. I ish I could give more than 5 stars.

TheSaberWorkshop are THE BEST !

Second Time Buying From TSW, even more impressed than the first time.

The quality of their products ( I only bought TXQ sabers from them. So I can't speak for LGT sabers ) is UNBELIEVABLE, the prices are ridiculous, and the owner is absolutely GOATED in customer services and knowledge.

For info, I bought a Vader SNv4 from them, and also a Darth Maul SNv4 ( weathered )
And we love them, they look and feel amazing.

I had an absolutely great experience buying my first high-quality lightsaber with The Saber Workshop. Jayson went above and beyond to ensure my saber worked as intended and to help me resolve a minor issue I had with my new saber. This company is the greatest

This company is the greatest! Customer service is fantastic! I’ve had no problems getting answers that i want or the help that i need. Costumer service has even video chatted me a few times to help me through some problems i encountered with their pixel cores. Great saber company to buy your 1st or 10th saber from.
