Operator runs cluster, doxxing, fake 18+ sign-ups, fake Freya contact and illegal GDPR notice
I was signed up to 18+ websites without consent between 26-30 Sept including Pornhub, Tube8 and Bondara. Accounts used were generic names like f**kmeharderch and fake reviews made on ScamWatcher doxxing my name and email address by the operator after reporting her for making a Dynadot account with my details. Another mentions a New York attorney. I don't know whether this is an attempt by the operator to make it look like I'm writing reviews under different names or whether someone else was contacted by the same fake attorney.
After that I received an email from freyakingsley30410@rondebosch-partners.c claiming to be Rondebosch Partners saying someone told them I am "quite active online and can help with some things". The domain is a disposable .cc, not a real South African .co.za, with no company record. My real logs show no activity for 3 days before that email, so the claim is false.
The sites in this cluster - safebook.fyi / thesafebook.de / thesafebook.best / safebook.top - have an illegal GDPR notice to enter the website.
Why it is illegal: No reject option, only an "accept" button to enter, consent is forced and not freely given under Article 7 GDPR. No data controller name, no purposes, no legal basis, no retention period, no information on rights, no option to withdraw consent, all required under Articles 13/14. No granular choice, bundling all tracking as one accept. This is not valid consent.
I have been accused of writing other reviews under different names - this review is my only review and my real account can be proven with a fatal verification flaw that the fake accounts do not have.
Reported to Action Fraud RF26100454256C and to the FTC. Evidence to be added to ScamWatcher.
This review is UK based and not US but I am unsure how to change it.
