Packaging was well done. Quality and finish of the wood is excellent. Definitely a 2 man job. Installations instructions very good with the exception of door install. Called 3 times for instructional help, was happy with advice.

Great knowledge and customer service! Love my purchase of the Saunalife E7, go bigger if you can afford it, but it works great for my husband and I.
The Harvia heater 8 KW gets the sauna super hot, the sauna is tight with no seam leaks. I would recommend this company 100%!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I neglected to do a consultation before buying my huum heater and unfortunately ordered a heater that was slightly undersized for my application. The entire crew has been great to work with and they have gone above and beyond to get me back on the right track. I would highly encourage buying from the sauna heater store, the customer service is amazing and worth doing business with!
