Would’ve given 5* but……. Nothing at all wrong with the product in fact our daughter has bought these bags before, the reason I didn’t give 5* is the wait of 8 yes 8 days from order to delivery yet wit... Toon meer

I was kept informed about the delivery times. The bags are well made and the sentiments and drawings are both amusing and clear
Product is just the job, it’s a pity about the delivery company that you use, they are useless. My parcel was delivered to wrong address!
These bags are indeed great, hard-wearing (had previous one for years) and a useful size. I have only deducted one star as the shipping cost to Northern Ireland was shown as £6.99 rather than the £3-o... Toon meer

Excellent
I love these bags! 😍They're really handy for doing a bit of shopping, but, more importantly, they make great gifts for friends & family. 🤗Only downside is, you have to pay £6.99 postage if you live in NI. 😯

Great Bags
There is such a great choice of bags and it is so easy to order. The communication was great and delivery seems to have been quick. I did have to get them sent to my brother in the UK as I live in New Zealand and there is no delivery to middle Earth!!
Thanks so much

Lovely bag bought for my daughter in law . I have bought many others in the past for other friends and relatives.Took longer than expected to be delivered but was pleasently surprised that it fitted through our letter box.So didn't miss delivery in the end.

Antwoord van These Bags Are Great
Hi Beverley, thanks for your review.
There was an issue with delivery so we emailed you and advised that there was one bag missing and that it would be sent the next day separately, we also offered you a 25% discount code as way of an apology.
We're also sorry that the courier left the parcel outside, and while that's out of our control we appreciate your frustration.
We ship the bags in a 'plastic' biodegradable mailing bag which should be waterproof so we do hope the bags are all in good condition.
We believe you've received all the bags now, so if you're happy with them maybe they warrant more than a one-star review?
In any case we do hope you use your discount code and return to us in the future, thank you.
A sturdy product
A sturdy product. Great Colour range and printing. Family and friends will love these. Compact but enough capacity for my needs. Quick delivery times.

These bags are indeed great!
These bags are indeed great, hard-wearing (had previous one for years) and a useful size. I have only deducted one star as the shipping cost to Northern Ireland was shown as £6.99 rather than the £3-odd for mainland UK. When my parcel arrived via Royal Mail it was clear that the shipping cost was the same as the rest of the UK despite me being charged more. To be fair, when I complained, they refunded the difference to me immediately which was impressive customer service.

Antwoord van These Bags Are Great
Hi Maureen, thank you for your review, I am sorry you feel the need to write this review as I explained to you when you emailed that different couriers charge different amounts to NI so depending who sends the parcel for us depends how much we have to charge, as yours was Royal Mail I refunded the difference straight away so feel that this review is somewhat unwarranted as I did explain why and you did receive a refund for the postage difference. I hope you enjoy using your bag. Kind Regards

Hi Karen, hope you're well?
The Evri tracking says your parcel was delivered at 6:23pm today - is all ok with it?
If so we'd really appreciate a revised rating, thanks! x
