Absolute scam. I ordered some items since 2017. It's 2023 and I haven't received them yet. All attempts to contact them for a refund proved useless. Needless to say, they're a BIG SCAM.

If I could give them a zero star rating I would. First order. Tracking number didn't work. Contacted multiple times and their responses were they are on the way, lost, held up at customs, and available for pickup from the post office. None true. They then told me they would reship my order. After 2 weeks they gave me the exact same tracking number. They then followed that up with the same responses as the first order. Total scam. Had to have my credit card company reverse the charges.

BEWARE OF POSITIVE REVIEWS FROM OTHER SITES: Some other sites give positive info about Silver line and will not let you enter your own feedback.
I bought watches and sunglasses from these people.
I ended up paying more in "postage" than I would have by buying similar merchandise elsewhere including postage.
The glasses were a bad joke and more than half of the watches were just a nasty imitation of the watches shown on their photos.
As they "do not refund postage" you'll be stuck with junk.

Ordered a watch (figured it was only a couple dollars so what the hell..) and lo and behold it arrived today. It's not a Rolex but it will be fine for going out as it seems to be quite good. Far better than I was expecting actually. The fake (?) leather strap is ok and seems good enough. Build quality of the watch is quite good although the small buttons above and below the main scroll button are fake. But overall it'll be fine to wear out or to work. Who would have thought!

Ordered a watch in November 2018, never received it. Contacted them multiple times and was told to keep waiting. Said they sent out another watch in January 2019, which I also have not received. Contacted the store probably 20 times in total, but was always told that they were still within their delivery limit (which was never communicated to me) and that I should keep waiting. After multiple requests to have a refund, and with no resolution, I just gave up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!

Received our two "luxury watches" yesterday. They exceeded EVERY expectation that they would be junk. The chronograph hands are PAINTED-on. The reset buttons on the right side are fake. The watch bands on my wife's watch, when properly-fitted, fit only that of a small child. The rear casing on my watch is all scratched-up, indicating it was probably a returned item. My wife's watch case is PLASTIC. Both are literally dime store-quality.

Total scam, the watches can't be worth more than a dollar. They probably make 4-5 dollars apiece just on the shipping. I opened the cheap envelope they came in direct from China, looked at them and threw them out. They are like a Cracker Jack toy. Absolute junk, China at it's best.

I’m pretty sure they bought watches from wish.com and pawned them off as their own.
Extremely poor quality and terrible customer service.
I urge you not to buy these watches.

I am amazed that Silver Line still exist. Amazed that they are not embarrassed from all the reviews they have received .
They either don't care or making so much money they still persist in the scam.
Shame on them for playing on man's greed; they could at least give a better quality for a few dollars more.
Sadly they have no shame!

These watches are BAD quality. They only last 5 months and then they are throw away. Can not change the battery and the watch band is garbage.

BE-AWARE of Silver line Scam of Free Watches
I had ordered for an alligator watch from Silver line store,after chasing for more 8-9 months , it was only yesterday I received fake watch showing Made in China.
To All Customer please do not buy any items from Silver line store displayed as free watches just pay Shipping charges, it looks like this is Chinese Scam all goods with Tracking are routed thru China which never reaches the customers.

They are sending very bad watches
Be careful don't buy anything from them
It was my fault to buy from them before checking the trustpilot.com
They sent really super low quality watch to me and different than the picture
The stripe is broken
The edge of the face of the watch surrounded by white plastic and not sharp which show how much the quality is bad
And i forgot to say
Only after buying from their website.. Someone tried to hack my credit card and received messages saying "you are buying things with more than 1000 EURO"

I order 3 items after 96 days still nothing nothing, 5 emails and respond is the same
I am really sorry you are experiencing such a delay.
The reason why we give a 2 to 8 weeks time is that our shipping companies can experience some problems with the frontiers of different countries. (As usually is 3 weeks)
We are sorry that this is happening to your order but we have not received any claim from the company that means that everything is correct so far.

But after 96 days NOTHING

Took 6 weeks to get watch. Total crap, made in China sticker on it. Dials are fake. You get better watches out of a claw machine. I can't believe they can advertise that and get away with it. Total FRAUD!!!!!!
