Excecllent buying experience
I bought some new swim trunks, they are perfect. Shopping for them at The Smooth Shop was an easy, satisfying experience. It was such a quick turnaround from ordering them to wearing them. They are exactly as described on the website. They are so cool and I can't wait to wear them in Belize!

Good Price Wrong Color Product
The price was the best I could find. Easy to order and got the product in a week. BUT...I ordered a black pullover and was sent the wrong color. The description was correct on the website but wrong picture associated with it.

Horrible Packaging.
Buying a brand new hat, you would expect it to be flawless. Not with The Smooth Shop. They shipped my hat in a plastic mail bag. No inner support. Therefore it arrived crushed and bent put of shape. The hat looks so F’n ugly now! Be careful… they don’t understand they should send hats in a box.
