Customer service takes a little time
I ordered a coat from the store directly online and had to return due to not fitting. Return is at my expense, which is fine, but there are no clear directions for return anywhere except an address, and the online return functionality is broken. No reply to email or Facebook message or voicemail for quite a while, and I became worried, but finally I got a call back and Facebook message too. Keep after them!

Unbelievable customer service and follow through. I ordered a pair of shorts that are my son's favorite. Then they emailed me to say didn't have the size in stock so I was sad but let it go. Then a week or two later I was contacted again and was told that they were able to find the size and would I still be interested! I was so pleased and they took care of everything and sent me out the shorts that I had originally ordered!!! I am so pleased and happy with The Smooth Shop customer service. They go above and beyond to help and so nice and easy to deal with. Thank you!!!
