I bought a oversize tshirt and a track pant few days ago. And the product fits very well and they have good collection of Marvel and other comics. I prefer to buy more tshirts from this again. Souled store have very good material clothing.

Unacceptable Color Bleeding – Very Disappointed with Quality and Support
I bought a pair of shoes from The Souled Store expecting good quality, but my experience has been really disappointing. I’ve only worn them twice. On one of those occasions, I got caught in very light rain here in Kerala. To my shock, the color started bleeding significantly.
I’ve owned and worn shoes of various colors over the years, and I have never seen color bleed like this from just a mild drizzle. For a popular brand, this level of material instability is completely unexpected.
When I reached out to their customer support team to report the issue, I didn't get a helpful or positive response at all. Poor product durability and disappointing customer service to match. Would not recommend.

Wanted to return an order as soon as they delivered after I tried it on. They make fake excuses and try to pin the blame on you for their failure to pick the item up after you initiate the return request. You have to keep emailing them and calling just for a return to get picked up. Absolutely pathetic service.

Pathetic experience with The Souled Store.

I ordered a blue T-shirt (Order ID: 20578517) in size L, but received a completely different product size S. I raised multiple return requests, but they repeatedly disappeared from the app. When the pickup executive arrived, he refused to collect the wrong product I actually received because his system showed a different item.

After several complaints, The Souled Store claimed their internal investigation showed that the correct product was dispatched—and then refused to arrange a pickup of the product I received.

I am ready to return the product for verification, but instead of resolving the issue, I keep getting generic responses.

Poor return process, frustrating customer support, and no satisfactory resolution. Think twice before ordering.

I was disappointed with the quality of these Korean-fit joggers. After just around two weeks of wear, they started developing bobbles and shedding lint. They were only worn and washed twice, following normal care instructions. For the price, I expected much better garment quality. Unfortunately, the customer service team also declined a replacement or refund.

I have requested for cancellation of the exchange item since it took forever to get picked up despite multiple attempts to contact the delivery agent. They lied stating that the picked up was not successful since they were unable to contact, they did not even contact me in the first place. When I finally got in touch with them.. they said it cannot be picked up because there was no space and item would be destroyed and I would have problem exchanging or getting a refund.

The pick up was made on 8th of July while the request was made on 29th June. The agent (YASH) from souled store called me and everything was explained to him in detail. I was advised that the exchange will be cancelled and a refund will be processed since I had a flight to take on the 13th. Please advise how long will it take for the refund. This is the first time I’ve shopped from the store directly and had the worst experience. Today is the 20th of July and there’s still no update on the refund.

Here is what happens when you trust them with your money:
I ordered merchandise from a favorite rock band as a gift for my close friend who is currently pregnant. What did they send? One single sock instead of a pair, and a toddler t-shirt- soek random one, instead of the adult size I paid for.

From May 2026 21st to June 16th-nearly a full month-I was held hostage in my own home. Because The Souled Store’s delivery/pickup tracking provides zero time windows or dates, I had to stay home every single day.

Every day, I called. Every day, their customer support lied and said, "It's getting picked up today." Today never came. It took over overwhelming, rude multiple exhausting phone calls just to get them to pick up the wrong items they sent while they acted like they were doing me a massive favor.

Now, they are refusing to issue my refund, hiding behind their internal "policies."

Let’s call this what it is: Fraudulent Behavior.
You send the wrong products, you waste weeks of my time and energy, you break your own logistics promises, and then you keep my money & my product ?

Younger me might have gotten impatient and let this go. But as an entrepreneur, I know better than to tolerate a complete lack of business ethics, zero interest in customer service, and predatory refund policies.

To the leadership team at The Souled Store:
Are you not deeply ashamed of how you treat the people who invest in your brand? You have stolen my time, my focus, and my money.

I don't just want my money back anymore. I want accountability.

As my birthday month is june, and today i just got a package from someone i did not understand as i didnot ordered anything, but when it got delivered, i saw souled store sent me something, and i really felt this so wholesome moment they sent me a premium bday wishing card with stickers and a lovely wishing card in it, as i really already like the souled store but from now, it became something personal to me and i will order more than usual from these guys. 🫶🏻thanks for the unexpected gift and wishing souled store👻❤️

Very disappointed with the quality of The Souled Store shoes purchased. The shoes developed visible cracks within around 10 days of normal usage. I currently stay in the UK and had purchased them as a gift for my mother during her travel here. Due to the issue, we had to buy another pair urgently in the UK. The Souled Store have refused to help, citing policy/return window reasons, despite this appearing to be a clear quality/manufacturing issue. Expected much better durability and customer support from reputed brands.

Batman gear bag is awesome and very durable and my soulstore shopping experience 200 percent good and delivery is very fast all over good experience ☺️☺️😀😀

Very bad experience in terms of home delivery, company like to cheat there customer by taking an advance payment and not delivering all the products and app do not even have an option to opt for saying that we have received an incomplete order, they always says that they will connect on mail in 24 hours, but we never get out product or refund , really feel we should avoid any one new like souled store, as they might not be professional or inefficient and waste lot of time on mailing process with zero resluts
