I ordered a calendar which needed to be shipped to the UK before Christmas. The order status was 'awaiting payment' and my bank said the web site had not taken payment, only pre-authorization. I used the on-site messaging but received no reply. I send an email and it bounced. Eventually, the bank's pre-authorization timed-out. I have to order from elsewhere. Their calendars are not even as good as NSF's.
I purchased tickets from undercover tourist. Their website at the time did not specifically state that these tickets were nonrefundable. They are stating that Kennedy space Center is the one who issues the refund, and who states if a refund can be honored. I’m not sure how this company is even in business with all of the negative reviews I have seen for under cover tourist . Their website does not have a clear expectation E- tickets being nonrefundable. If anything, right under where you click “ get tickets” and place them in your cart it clearly states a 365 ticket return policy. I have sent them screenshots and have told them Multiple times that the way it looks on a mobile device vs a computer is not the same and there is absolutely nowhere that says it is a non-refundable purchase between placing the tickets in your cart and paying. I paid $195 for Kennedy space center tickets only to realize 2 weeks later that it is actually 3 hours from where we was going to be staying and making the trip is not feasible. This has become a complete nightmare with this company between them and Kennedy space center. I would stay away from buying tickets with them, Because if something happens, and you’re not able to use them, you will not get your money back
We visited the center last week and paid in full for the photo package. After this arrived it was of a complete different family. When we emailed them with our concerns they simply said " there was a tech error and nothing they can do" the photo collection guy was also very rude. We will not return. DO NOT BUY PHOTO PASS. IT'S A RIP OFF AS YOU GET CHARGED HUGE AMOUNTS FOR THE FINAL IMAGES!!!
