Very easy in booking the stag weekend…
Very easy in booking the stag weekend with Sean very helpful in we had 1 person drop out and I was quickly notified by the stag company of this.
Very clean apartments and well mentained and in a central location.
Would definitely book with Sean and the stag company if we have anymore stag do's coming up

All round fantastic weekend for 15 blokes (ranging from mid 20s to mid 60s) in Krakow thanks to the organisational skills of the stag party. Thank you for your help and advice in making our weekend a really memorable experience 🙏🙏👍👍👍👍👍

Great experience!
I’d highly recommend booking through the Stag Company. The process was simple, the website is easy to use and Sean was a great planner - really friendly and good communication throughout.
The overall process was seamless and we had an amazing weekend!

Perfect Stag
The stag could not have went more smooth, it was the first time I have ever planned a stag so I was worried, but this website made it so easy! Any issues I had the team responded quick via both phone and messages!

Beth was amazing kept in contact from start to finish excellent service cant say anything bad only issue was the hotel that we stayed at the service wasnt great they didn't clean are room or changed are towels you would have to go get one at the office, they do provide iron not in rooms again will have to go get one downstairs at office,but the whole experience was great had an amazing time

Booked our Stag group for an Edinburgh trip.
- Had to repeatedly be told to correct accommodation and still got it wrong!
- Gave us an incorrect checkout time at the accommodation meaning we got rushed out by cleaners.
- "Whisky tasting experience" was at a generic bar and led by the bar owner who just read tasting notes from a MasterOfMalt printout.
- Steak dinner turned out to be at The Slug and Lettuce, for a Stag group need I say more?
- Clay pigeon shooting activity was good but no transport organised for an activity majorly out of town!

We do note that it was not yourself who made the booking with us, but rather the group leader. At the time of booking, the group leader would have received full details of the package, including venue names, activity descriptions, distances, and inclusions. As part of our process, all customers are asked to read, check, and confirm the details in the Booking Confirmation before proceeding. For this reason, we are surprised by some of the comments in your review, though we are genuinely sorry to read them.
Regarding the clay pigeon shooting, we do appreciate that the distance from our Edinburgh location can feel far. Due to the nature of this activity, such venues are not located in the city centre. Our terms state that some activities may be up to one hour’s drive from the booked location, and this information is provided at the time of booking. While we currently cannot arrange transport for all activities, we are working towards partnering with trusted suppliers to offer this in the future.
We have reviewed your comment on the checkout time. Our records show 11:00, but the voucher we issued did state the correct time of 10:00. We thank you for pointing this out and have now updated our records to ensure accuracy going forward.
