I had a great experience with the Stag Company for a trip to Dublin. Beth and Jamie were very helpful and communicative from initial planning stages through to the actual dates. Everything went smoothly and as per the itinerary, and they even sent travel information and gave some tips about the area when I asked.

When booking for large groups, it’s very stressful trying to nail down numbers. What I liked most about the stag company’s service is that you can make an initial booking for the maximum number of people that will come, then figure out the final number later down the line after you have thinned out the inevitable dropouts. They also have a payment portal that each attendee can access to pay off the initial deposit and balance, which takes the stress out of collecting money, and negates the need for the best man to front deposit money out of their own pocket.

All-in-all a great service, thank you Stag Company!

I've had a great experience through this company. They have helped me choose what activities and the timing for each one and the accommodation. Doing this myself directly through each website was stressful nonetheless but with the help of my event planner it has made it so easy. Within a 30mim call I was ready to book up. If I have to book another stag in the future, I will be looking here first👍

Great night with Little P, took us to some top places and got a feel for what the group enjoyed. Also shout to big P the trainee, he smashed it too. If you're going to Krakow and need a guide, Little P (Piotr) is your guy.

We had a guy piotr (Lil P) as our tour guide he was f**kin amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. He made everything fun & got involved with whatever we wanted. I don’t know how much he’s wages are but he needs a payrise for sure! Long live LIL P

We booked team sport karting in Newcastle last year, the organisers did very well to make sure we got a great experience as they explained a range of other activities we could also do whilst there. It was a very fun day out for a group of lads.

I booked a weekend in Krakow through The Stag Company, and the experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, the communication was prompt, with responses every 30 minutes. However, after booking, replies started taking up to 72 hours. The event planner was also quite arrogant.

We booked the following:

1. Transfer from Airport to Hotel
When we arrived, the driver was nowhere to be seen. Instead, his friend was there with a sign bearing my name. He instructed us to wait in a corner for the driver, which left my group and me standing for 30 minutes holding the sign.

2. Paintball
We were taken to a remote location with inadequate facilities—no proper bathrooms, no water, just a tent. While the staff were friendly, the conditions were subpar.

3. Go-Karting
This was the one highlight of our trip. The facilities were good, and the location was nice. Overall, a pleasant experience.

4. Night Club Entry
We were taken to a night club at 10:30 PM, which turned out to be a tourist trap with exorbitant prices. Even in Copenhagen, we don't pay such high prices for drinks.

5. Accommodation
The rooms were supposed to accommodate four people but only had a double bed and a sofa bed. The location was convenient, but the rooms were too small for four people. Additionally, they provided only two single duvets, meaning we had to share.

Initially, we booked a package that included rafting, but it got canceled. Some members of my group had already paid for the rafting. We were told we would be refunded after the trip, but now they're claiming there's no refund due because we booked go-karting instead of rafting, which we paid for separately. I'm still dealing with this issue even after the trip.

I booked through The Stag Company thinking it would make planning the weekend easier. NEVER again. I will plan everything myself next time. The Stag Company takes no responsibility for anything anyways, so there is no need for a middle man.

It was straight forward as long as you read things properly but then you should do that anyway, Sean was great and made it easy i would use Sean and this company again

From the start of the booking process all the way to and during the event the stag company and all local staff where fantastic! Everything they promised was provided and the whole group had a great time.

Either way The Stag Company's reply is irrelevant, an extra room would have been needed whether I paid first or they paid first.... again a politely worded disgraceful cop out.

I really do not recommend you use this company. There was 13 of us to Barcelona for MY stag do, but there wasnt enough room for us in the rooms provided... people were obviously getting frustrated after many beers flowing so to keep the peace and spirits high I bought an extra room for £430.00 so we could get on with the events and make it to the bar crawl planned.
The Stag Company have admitted fault because they do specify "Sofabeds" but we were provided single sofas!!! They now refuse to pay us back more than £150 because we should have called them first. Clearly they've never been on a stag do. We acted quick because we had to, people needed freshening up and somewhere to unpack.
They would have had to sort an extra room out either way so their response is a disgraceful cop out.
Would never use this company for any of the upcoming stags we have in the group AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT EITHER

From when we made the initial enquiry everything went pretty smoothly, I have no complaints and would definitely use again.

If I could give less stars I would. I arranged for my best mates stag do to be a bars and babes pub crawl. The planning and payments went through fine with good communication from the staff (All be it, some messages went through to other members who didn't communicate when picking up after others)

We arrived at the slug and lettuce 10 minutes before our 4 free beers 1 free shot each and supposed 2 hostesses. After being put at a table of 8 for my party of 13, the waitress told us we would have to wait until the table across had finished and then we could have their table as well. This is not exactly the private table which was put in the description.

After then waiting over 30 minutes, by now it was 20:15 and our event was from 20:00 - 22:00. We did not have any beer's the hostesses hadn't arrived and I decided to complain to the manager. The manager of the slug and lettuce told us he was bringing the beers over shortly and they did not get the booking until the day before and were busy so they apologised. The hostess arrived. The one hostess. She did nothing more than sit with my stag party and drink the beers which were supposed to be our free beers..... There was none of the expected drinking games which were expected. Myself and the party begun to get very bored. We were then told we had reached our tab after having 2 beers each.... The free shots still hadn't arrived. The hostess was very dull and didn't make much of an effort to do anything with the party for entertainment of any kind. Eventually I asked her if we are gonna start playing some drinking games (21:20 at this point) She said lets play truth or dare. What kind of joke is this? To pay £50 each for entry to a slug and lettuce for a private table which wasn't private and 2 beers?

What an absolute waste of money for what was supposed to be the most memorable moment of a stags life.

I have asked for a refund as quite frankly I could have probably had a funner night booking a Macdonalds birthday party for the group!!!

No response from the organisers after the event and money has been received. More than likely too ashamed of the night they have given us. I have fallen out with a lot of friends who are angry they had to pay £50 each for this absolute appalling evening.

Louisa was the name of the 1 hostess who came to the evening.

Jamie Walsh was the first contact who did not respond to my refund request, and was also the original planner.

Gemma has also not responded since I have emailed them both.

I will be taking this further as this is the absolute worst experience I have had dealing with this sort of event planning company.

Jamie was excellent throughout the process. Was patient with the time I needed as I was managing 18 useless guys at the beginning. Spoke great like a mate which made it so easy to chat and discuss options.
The stag company portal and payment structure is excellent and very handy and always get back to you on questions.

My only minor issues, not huge, I wish Amex was an option. The other is they can change the schedule up to a few weeks before so was a little annoying planning ideas and how to get to the next activity. We went by train to drink all day, and resulted in getting an expensive taxi to our activity which wasn’t in the city, but again Jamie mentioned this to me, and I underestimated it.

Roly Poly stripper is the best thing I have ever seen! If you want to see a stag be completely humiliated, this is the one!

Overall, I would use again, but hope to not be a best man again to avoid organising 9 drunken loveable twits 😂

Great events really easy to put and plan our package, easy communication through the hub and the whole process really straightforward

Everything very easy and straight forward to book with jamie , everyone pays their own share so no hassle chasing money ,all the activities were on time and went according to plan ,our guide peter was great and very helpful, Notting was any trouble and he was such a sound guy, would definitely do it all again in the future

I contacted this company for advice and Sean responded. He was quick with his quotes and updated them a few times as I chopped and changed the package over. No drama for him at all. Everything was organised perfectly, with no trouble. The hotel was exceptional. 4 star with great rooms and a buffet fry up included. Activity’s were great fun and well organised. If I’m ever a best man again I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again and will recommend them to anyone.

Great Stag weekend in Benidorm, Sean our event planner did a great job getting us what we wanted. From various hotel options to picking what activities would best suit our group, nothing was too much trouble. Really helpful throughout the whole process.

I would 100% recommend the Go Karting BBQ and Beers. This was a great activity and was really well set up and run. Everyone had a laugh and had a great weekend.

from start to finish everything we required or changed ( a few drop outs at a late stage) The Stag Company responded quickly. the hotel was ideal and tickets for the tour was easy to redeem.

Great service. Jamie and the team were super helpful, quick to respond and dealt with everything efficiently.

I had to make a number of changes to our booking even up to a number of weeks before the stag and they managed to deal with it all. With such a large group to deal with, Jamie and the Stag Company removed as much of the stress as they could!

The stag company made putting together the weekend so much easier than trying to coordinate all elements separately, and beth was brilliant talking me through each step to make sure everything was in place before our weekend. Would definitely recommend to any other best men organizing a stag do in the future!

Could be happier with how the event went. Was easy to navigate, the staff on the day were really helpful and great to work with, in the lead up to the event any questions were answered quickly and with all the details required, we wanted to combine two different events which don’t usually go together but they managed to sort it for us and it was a really good event.
