Always a great experience, fast and great shipping. I go to you first for all sublimation blanks

Very timely delivery of exactly what I needed

Was easy to locate the items I had been looking for. Check out was simple and it arrived on time.

Quick and easy buying experience. This tumbler is so amazing. Great for on the go and maintains my drinks refresed. Love the design as its stylish and effective. This goes with me everywhere maintaining my ice intact for hours.

amazing product i would wish the individual package boxes would be available without your branding

Did not get all the straws nor did I get a packing slip. Contacted them and they are going to send me the missing straws.

Order was received very quickly!
Packaged wonderfully and the price was so very fair

While the order to delivery time was quick I received the wrong items. Their rep attempted to sell me what I received instead of trying to get my original order correct.

They were not aware of what items they sent and what I ordered and attempted to give me $40 dollar credit when it was closer to $200.

I was not able to receive my money back to my account and instead got a store credit..

Consider the situation it put a bad taste in my mouth the I now have $200 store credit with a company the messed up my order instead of being able to relocate this funds to other areas of my small business.

This was my first time ordering but definitely not my last. Shipping was fast, everything is high quality.

absolutely the best, fast shipping, and amazing products, customer for life

Excellent products

I recently ordered two sublimation bulletin tumblers—one gold and one white—as well as a gold non-sublimation tumbler for engraving. We planned to use these as prizes for our unit holiday party.

I began with the gold tumbler, and our patches turned out beautifully. I was especially excited to see how the design would look on the white tumbler, and the initial results looked great. However, while removing the tape after pressing, some of the white coating peeled off and stuck to the tape. This was very disappointing, especially since the item was intended as a prize.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue or if a replacement might be possible?

Product is always of good quality. The shipping is fast. Customer service is very helpful and responds in a timely manner.

Always super fast shipping. Cups came perfect and sublimsted beautifully.

Shipping is always fast. The products perform beautifully every time. Great customer service.

The only thing I would change is faster shipping and or not charge so much for expedited shipping
