Contract loan not repaid, multiple movement of goalposts on payment, tells investors that he won a contract when he didnt, claimed business didnt have the money to repay loan. Multiple creditors and investors not paid back and endless examples of being messed around.

I personally am named in a post below claiming im wanted in Dubai which is totally ficticious, there has been no defamation as its all true, can provide evidence to anyone that wants to read the contracts and threats etc made by the business owner.

Said business owner tells me to get in contact to resolve but he blocked me from communications on all media... I wonder why?!

The guys a scammer. Talks about all this investment opportunity on LinkedIn and 'guaranteed ROIs' whilst his UK business has CCJs up to their eye balls. I've got proof from people who have invested and people who worked for Kasey that it's just a scam. The 'investment' experts that work for him are just created to make it all seem legit. DO NOT TRUST HIM / DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH.

You have no investor called Tony Phillips as I have been doing my research on your company. I've been tracking The Suit Group for a while considering all your social media posts (especially LinkedIn). I never claimed to be an investor; I am a consumer highlighting your publicly accessible regulatory failures.

This is a genuine review of The Suit Group - TSG Capital Wealth was set up in April 2026 but your 'investment decks' and 'guaranteed ROIs' have been plastered over socials for years so they fall under this company. TSG capital wealth has just been set up to make it seem more 'professional'. Your reply below is clearly a contradiction -

Please ask for any documentation that shows a bank transfer of investment from Tony Phillips to The Suit Group or TSG Capital Wealth: I thought it was a completely different business? Why would The Suit Group receive funds for investment?

It doesn't take a genius to work out your investment decks show major red flags and your CCJs total £37,540.00 - that's a lot of money just from ULEZ fines. The fact you have just openly admitted you won't be paying these 'fines' is publicly confirming that you are unrated, un-creditworthy, and operating outside of standard corporate regulations.

If your investors are making 200% on their investment, one would think The Suit Group would also be benefiting... something your accounts don't show.

Kasey’s response contains a number of claims that do not address the substance of my review.

Firstly, he states I am “Charles” and then claims I am someone who lost an investment. Those statements are incorrect. He also claims to have messaged me “multiple times”, despite previously stating he has no idea who I am. Those positions cannot both be true.

Secondly, my review is based on publicly available information and the representations made by The Suit Group and TSG Capital Wealth through their own marketing material and LinkedIn posts. I have never claimed to have personally invested.

Regarding the County Court Judgments, these are matters of public record. Your reply claims they are simply “ULEZ fines” and that they will be removed shortly. However, there are currently 7 unsatisfied CCJs totalling £37,540, including one for £16,509. You have provided no evidence that these judgments relate solely to ULEZ matters.

I am also aware of individuals who say they have obtained County Court Judgments against The Suit Group in relation to unpaid investment monies. I am willing to provide that evidence directly to Trustpilot if requested. Readers can make their own assessment as to whether your explanation accounts for all of the judgments recorded against the company.

The company’s filed accounts are also publicly available. Anyone considering investing should compare those filings with the returns being promoted and satisfy themselves that everything is consistent.

Finally, making allegations that individuals are “wanted by Dubai police” without producing any evidence does nothing to address the concerns raised in this review. It appears to be an attempt to discredit criticism rather than respond to it.

My advice remains exactly the same: carry out thorough due diligence before investing any money. Review the Companies House filings, County Court Judgment records, published accounts and the company’s own marketing claims. Make your own informed decision based on the available evidence.

I reached out to TSG on 10th April for a wedding on 9th May (short notice I know). I was told they’d be able to accommodate otherwise I would’ve gone elsewhere.

The sales rep was great and came to my flat on a weekend to take my measurements and let me pick a design. That was the best part of this experience and that was on the 18th April.

Tuesday 5th May TSG say the suit is being pressed. Wednesday 6th May TSG says “it’s looking like it will be tomorrow now”. Thursday 7th May TSG says “it looks like it will be tomorrow now, just seeing what can be done” and there had been logistical issues. Friday 8th May TSG says “there is no reason I can see at the moment why it wouldn’t be with you today. If I think there is a chance I will let you know asap”. (They didn’t let me know)

Morning of wedding Saturday 9th May TSG didn’t deliver my suit and missed half a dozen calls from me. On Sunday 10th May TSG apologised for letting me down and assured me the suit would be with me that week however, the suit wasn’t even delivered that week and I finally received the suit for a wedding on 21st May 12 days late.

As soon as the Time Machine I’ve ordered turns up it’s happy days.

All the accessories; cufflinks, shirt, tie and shoes had been selected for a suit I didn’t receive for the only event I needed it for and I had to scramble to try to get a suit as a last minute substitute. Not what you want as a best man on the morning of the wedding.

I had a fantastic experience with The Suit Group from start to finish. I chose them to create bespoke wedding suits for myself and my groomsmen, and they exceeded all expectations. From the very first meeting, there was no pressure. Just a friendly, insightful conversation about my vision for the suits and their support with what materials would best suit the season, location, and style of the wedding.

For the fitting, Kasey went above and beyond, coming personally to my home to measure each member of the grooms party at a time that worked for all of us due to our busy schedules. This level of flexibility and dedication was exceptional.
Throughout the process, nothing was too much trouble, and every question or request was met with genuine care and expertise.

The results spoke for themselves, the suits fit perfectly, felt luxurious, and had those personal touches that make bespoke tailoring so worthwhile. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Suit Group to anyone considering a custom-made suit. The quality, attention to detail, and personal service where second to none.

Terrible communication. Inability to keep appointments. Terrible service. Suit that I will not wear after spending nearly £600. Avoid at all costs.

Kasey is a an expert in his field when it comes to helping me get a new suit.

A complete professional, even at busy periods of the year I am kept up to date on ready dates of my suits.

The quality and craft of the suits are of a very high standard, as someone who only purchases high quality long lasting clothing I feel very confident when buying from Kasey. I have purchased multiple suits over 3 years and I cannot report a single fray on the fabric

Also, I’m fairly leaner in summer months so any required alterations due to change in my body type are done quickly

No communication, no suit. Trying to get hold of anyone at the suit group is proving near impossible. Nobody answers the phone or messages. 4 days before a wedding and no suit, no explanation and not even a call back.

Update (31/01/23)

The ‘lead party did not accept anything in my behalf. I have messages to prove this. We still have not been told when this suit, if at all, will be ready. The suit was personalised with the date of the wedding on so is now completely irrelevant. I have multiple transcriptions of communication (or lack of). I was told the refund wouldn’t happen as I’d left this review. Again with messages to prove.

Abysmal communication, empty promises and lies

Brief timeline:
- Oct, 5. measures taken, deposit paid. ETA was 3-6 weeks
- Oct, 25. Contacted to get a more precise ETA. Few days later, got a response "some ready, finishing up this week".
- Nov, 16. Contacted again. No response
- Nov, 22. Contacted again. Responded on Nov, 25 saying thay there was a tragic event. Understandable, no rush
- Nov, 30. Got contacted. One shirt left to be made. Finishing up this week (sounds familiar?). And one extra free of charge, how nice
- Dec, 8. Contacted for ETA. No response.
- Dec, 16. Asked for refund.
- Dec, 29. Got a response: "the shirts are ready. Do you want them or the money back?". "Thanks but no thanks, money back". No response
- Jan, 11. "Hello??"

The time wasn't even the issue. It's the amount of lies and complete absence of feedback. It's simply disrespectful and I feel like I've been spat on.

Booked an appointment via their website which was pretty straight forward to be fair.

On 31st MAY 2022. I had appointment booked.
I was met at my home by
K who I believe is the director of the company.
He came across initially as a very clean cut young man very well dressed, as you would expect from a director for a suit company.
The appointment went well. I gave him a deposit for two suits three tailored shirts.

I told him I required for my sister's wedding which was approximately 2 months from that date. He ensured me that he would have it ready in time. Plus he will return once before for a fitting.
As quoted on the website the company claim

"Within 3 weeks your suit will have been made. We will arrange a fitting appointment with you and if any alterations are needed once you try your suit on, they will be carried out by our tailors in the next few days from the final fitting appointment."

A whole month had without me getting any sort of notifications from him.

On the 2nd of July a message him asking him for an ETA as it had been over 4 weeks now.

He did respond. Told me that everything should be ready for this week and he will send me a photo of the the suits that he had made. An apologize for any delays.

On the 12th of July contacted him again as a week had passed and I had no ETA or notification.

He replied and told me that they've had issues with their fabric supplier and had delayed them quite significantly. And ensured me and try to do the best he can and have them ready for the following week.

With that being said,I decided to get a suit from a Suit supply as I felt that he wouldn't have my suits ready in time for my sister's wedding.

On the 20th of July contacted him again What the situation is on my suits.
He replied saying unfortunately that they haven't solved the supplier issues I need to do the best he can to have it for the following week.


On the 7th of August I reached out to him again on what the situation is and if he would have anything ready for me, even just the shirts. As I had a upcoming event of four will be good too to get some of the products I paid for.

He did reply saying hopefully he will have it by the 29th August he'll have them ready for me as they had resolved the supply issues for the fabrics.

On the 24th of August messaged him after him if there will be ready for the 29th. He did not respond.

On the 5th of September I messaged him again requesting a refund as it had been over 3 months and I hadn't received anything and wasn't looking like I was going to.
This time he did respond saying they've had a backlog of people requesting for refunds due to the supply issues.

He said that he can process the refund through for me the.
I told them that was great. Just a shame I couldn't get the suits as they were quite unique.
He responded by saying and I quote
" you would have them in 3 weeks 1000%".

December 16th I haven't received anything from him as of yet. I messaged him asking him that what happened to you 1,000% guarantee.
He claimed that they've been posted out to me and I should have received them, but I've got absolutely nothing.
No suits, no refunds. Just the overall bad experience a 7-month saga which is just left me out of pocket.

Overall is just a shame. I ended up getting another from suit supply and recommend them if need a suit. If you do need a suit for an occasion promptly.

It's unfortunate. I did hope that I have a good business relationship with the suit group, and was happy initially to invest in a small up and coming business and support local businesses rather than going to the retail Giants but he hasn't delivered.
Don't look like I'm going to get my money back anytime soon or my suits or my shirts.

I booked a suit design meeting with the company on the 06/05/2022 for the 14/05/2022. Then they didn't actually bother showing up and I have to date had no email, phone call explanation why they didn't show up. Really not impressed as I had heard such great things and was looking forward to using this company for my wedding suits, but I will now be forced to go elsewhere.

I had bought a suit on 2 occasions with this company. The second one had the wrong lining so by way of compensation K agreed to provide a shirt. That was 3 months ago. I have rung 20+ times, left several text and written on the customer contact line. About a month ago K promised delivery of the shirt but nothing has materialised. I have never had a response to any of my phone calls. The company should have the decency to respond.

A massive thank you to Kasey and the team at TSG! Amazing quality and looking suit. I've been after a suit from Kasey for a while and believe me, it's worth the wait! The fit couldn't be any better and is a token to his attention to detail. He's energy and enthusiasm is contagious and I recommend him to anyone looking for a professional suit.

I am a repeat customer of The Suit Group, Kasey is a perfectionist and will work relentlessly to make sure the suit you chose to design comes to fruition as flawlessly as possible.
