Terrible service . My goodness who gave them more than 2stars? They simply don’t seem to have a clue what to do in the restaurant. It is a complete mess. Food is overpriced. Customer service is the lowest I have ever seen. I ordered food and they asked to collect in an hour. When I got there they had given it to someone else. I had to wait another hour and they couldn’t even find my order and had to ask for my receipt to reissue. It’s a disaster and I won’t be going back.

Came here twice first time we got here it was quite busy but chill, didn’t think much of it because it is a new business it is expected to be packed with a lot of people due to it trending on socials. First red flag was the under trained staffs, we had a staff that took our order and was nowhere to be found. Although the owner was nice about it so we decided to stay and give it a chance, then the drinks took OVER 30 MINUTES????? to come.. then we had to wait ALMOST 2 HOURS????? For the food. The food was nice and all but customer service had to be the worst.. they were understaffed under trained, inexperienced, impatient and just wasn’t good enough.
So we decided to give them a second chance so we came again because I can’t lie the food was actually really good. We came the lady was talking to us about some reservations and we asked to just get takeaway she said no… ok then she eventually found us a table. The food took 30 minutes this time which was quite ok to last time I think they changed their whole menu which was just not as great as the first time then the worst of all the drinks took more than an hour to arrive… so we had food before drink literally dying of thirst and I had to go get the drink myself. I’m not giving this review to bad mouth then don’t get me wrong the food is good but the customer service has to be the worst of all time.

The Suya Factory are amazing! They catered at my 50th birthday party and were awesome. They arrived on time. John and his team of staff are so professional and polite. I can’t compliment the food enough. It tasted great!!! My guests haven’t stopped talking about how good the food was. I cant recommend the Suya Factory highly enough. They are experts at what they do and helped make my party a great event.

Wow! Wow! Wow!
The service was excellent and the food 10/10 delicious.
They were friendly, professional. The set up was impressive and the food excellent in quality and taste and the portions were huge!!!
They catered with such kindness and graciousness. My family have been raving about them.
There is bbq and there is 'The Suya Factory' - bbq with Harvard degree.
If you have an event, I highly highly recommend them.

I had a mixed 70th birthday party, over 200 guests of all ages and many had little/no experience of Naija food. The guys turned up and set up up with a minimum of fuss and by the agreed time there was a long queue for Chicken/beef Suya, Jollof, Friend Plaintain (dodo) and fried yam. The Nigerians were totally impressed and the oyinbos just loved it (tho' quite spicy for some). the service was freindly and helpful and they packed everything up when they went. i would thoroughly recommend them

The service was excellent all round. John and his team did their utmost to accommodate our garden. The food was scrumptious, hot and generous in size. Our guests loved it! I was very impressed and will certainly use them again.

When we began planning our wedding we knew we wanted to Suya factory for the evening food and they did not disappoint! They were so helpful and easy to communicate with during our planning and everything on the day was perfect. They helped bring our Afro fusion wedding to life. The food was INSANE!!! So many people commented on how tasty the food was and how the vibe suya factory brought matched the energy of our wedding. We loved seeing some of our friends try traditional Nigerian food. We have never known such a big queue for evening wedding food!! John, his wife and the rest of the team were so lovely and felt more like guests than suppliers. We are trying to think of another event that we can book them for again. Thank you so much!!!

Booked Suya factory to cater for my 30th birthday. The booking process beforehand was very straight forward and they provided a number of options for the requests I had. The food on the day was amazing and they were so friendly and professional. Would definitely book again

The suya factory are absolutely amazing – I booked them for my wedding earlier on this year and they did a great job! I had a rather large wedding and they had an efficient system which meant that all of our guests were served quickly, so they were able to get back to the party! Most importantly, all the items that we ordered from them were delicious – many of our guests still talk about the suya until this day. The team is incredibly efficient as well as helpful and I would definitely recommend them!

From inception to delivery, they’ve been courteous and efficient. Helped with pricing even when we went back and forth. Our guests loved the food and we’ll be patronizing them again. Keep it up guys.

Issiana and john were a great help from start to finish! They were both patient and kind. Fantastic food on the day of our wedding, everyone loved it! We had special request for certain nigerian foods and they came through with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service, I strongly recommend, you will not be disappointed. Make sure you read their T&Cs!!!
