Brilliant service :) my little girl is very happy xx

Placed order on 15/03/25 with a delivery timeframe of 3-5 days.

7 days later item had not arrived, when tracked it was sent to the wrong destination by courier selected by vendor. Contacted swimshoo by email & received a call the following day advising they call the following day. Following day came no phone call, tried calling them several times and only got an automated message that cuts you off.

11 days since order confirmed still no delivery or confirmation of I’ll be refunded or item replaced as it’s lost in transit.

I will be contacting my card issuer for a forced refund. Poor customer service.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at The Swimming Shop! They had an amazing selection of swimwear, especially good was their shaping range. Ordering was really easy, delivery was quick, and it all arrived in perfect condition. I’ll definitely be ordering again, thank you!

After purchasing and adults sized swimsuit (which was £97) we were sent what must have been a child’s size as it was tiny. The suit arrived with yellow marks on the care label and no hygiene strips, so we returned the item for a refund marking it as does not fit/ wrong size.

We have since received an email informing us that no refund will be offered for our ‘girls’ size suit as the item is marked (which was already there) and our only option is to pay £8 for them to return the item to us, and if we don’t the item it will be disposed of with no refund at all!

I find this utterly shocking when the mistake was clearly with them issuing the wrong suit in the first place! We have again requested a refund but have been ignored so have no option but to liaise with credit card company!

Avoid this place at all costs!

DO NOT input details into their shipping as you will be emailed and phone called asking why you haven’t checked out yet and if you have questions to check out. Will be buying from another company now!

Extremely disappointing experience. Ordered two pairs of goggles for my children for £40, we fitted them as per the instructions but both leaked. Customer service refused a refund, one of the agents was very rude and unprofessional, and they stopped replying so now I have goggles I can't use and no way of getting a refund.

what a great company to shop with ,my order arrived today i had a question concerning it and i have received a reply with in a couple of hours ,really impressed ,would thoroughly recommend and will not hesitate to use again

ordered a swimsuit for our friends daughter, used the sizing on their website, but the suit didnt fit.
Customer service informed me to return the suit to them, which i did with Recorded Delivery. Shows as delivered 6 days ago, and im now ignored on the emails and phone. No refund received so i will NEVER purchase from them again.
Multiple attempts at contact are ignored. Verified order can provide order number if required.

Got to be honest I was a tad wary of ordering from here because of the reviews but I had nothing to worry about, spent a fair bit on swim gear, sadly none of it fit so I had to return it, my return was picked up swiftly and shortly after I was refunded! Great communication throughout also!

UK store claims to include VAT over ((12 euros) Europe in the price. but proves not the case. had to pay 22 euros supplement for shipment over the France. Shop reimbursed UK VAT (12 euros) but not Europe VAT. thus i consider that as false advertising and bad faith as the company is probably very aware of the situation but continues to sell over France, customer are lured with wrong price information.

Very happy with this website. The noodle floats I ordered arrived extremely well packaged and a lot sooner than expected. Sturdy floats that feel like they will last a long time. Great price for great swimming aids. Definitely recommend.

I don't leave many reviews but the anger I feel at this company's emails has left me so annoyed that I feel I should help other people by leaving this review. My advice is to NOT use this company unless you are completely sure of what you are buying. My order (Order #1000026635) was for a product that didn't work as described in any way. When I asked to return it I was told no in the first email, and when I then sent them a link to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 pointing out my statutory right to return I was ignored. Only after calling and complaining have I been given a return address. No postage paid, no apology, just another frankly rude email saying if you are sure it is defective then send it back. Good grief! Sort your customer service out or give it up as a bad job! This is 2022 guys - customers expect better than this.

I ordered swimming cap to be delivered in 3-4 days. Although it did not arrived in time but when I followed up the customer service they swiftly responded with the tracking number. Received the product next day .. which was great. I had a follow up email from them also to make sure I received the product.. so in all good customer service experience.

Awful customer service and complete lack of communication. Ordered for express delivery (1-2 days). Three working days later nothing had arrived so I called the customer service line- on hold for 20 minutes until someone answered and told me they couldn’t help. Said they would get someone to call back- they didn’t. Emailed three times, was completely ignored. I then received an email explaining what I ordered was out of stock- and that they had emailed me before to explain this. Checked my spam- have had nothing so that was a total lie. Ended up with a refund nearly 10 days later. No apology. Pathetic excuse of customer service.

I placed an order for swimming woogle (noodle) and float at 2pm and paid for 1-2 express delivery. It arrived 10.30am the next day. All as ordered. Very impressive.

I ordered a back support last week and they accepted and confirmed the order and took payment. Today, without any notification or explanation they refunded my money. I assume that they've cancelled my order. I've been waiting a week for a badly needed item that I could - and should - have purchased elsewhere. Complete lack of communication and customer consideration.

I placed an order and there was a system glitch. Their customer services responded quickly and then made mistake, which they quickly rectified. All this was done swiftly, without any hassle and they communicated with me all the way through. We all can make mistakes, how you respond is the measure, and to their credit the SS responded really well.
