Really insightful course. Feel able to mediate now

The topic was 'Managing Conflict'.
The webinar was engaging and informative.
The pace and level were appropriate.
There were invaluable 'golden nuggets' imparted to attendees.
Learning was delivered inclusively.
Well done.

The facilitator was an amazing person, helpful and a team player who wants to see you go out to the world and show your skills to the world. also, the experience and diversity of people in the training was tremendous, hence we share different experience on what we have encountered.

Attended the HR as Coach and Mediator course with Pip and felt she was so passionate about the course and its contents, which made the course really interesting. I feel there is so much I can take away and use straight away & highly recommend to anyone considering.

Great course, the trainer had a wealth of practical experience, and as well as introducing simple techniques she shared lots of practical wisdom as well. I have left feeling like there is a lot I can take away from this course and use in my role straight away.

Amazing course, really enjoyable and informative. It’s hard to keep engaged for 5 consecutive days however this was managed perfectly through a mixture of practical and written based modules. Alan was amazing and would thoroughly recommend this course to anyone interesting in becoming an accredited mediator

The course was informative and empowering. The people on the course were engaged and open with conversation, ideas and sharing experiences. I liked that it was staff from within the Trust, many of whom I have met or crossed paths with but never engaged without outside of our usual work pattern. This not only aids learning opporunities but allowed us to network with collegues within the trust.
