The Attention to the detail from the Terrace as they launch the AFC Bournemouth 1996/97 home shirt and the away 1998/2000 shirts is second to none! A real labor of love has been given to these shirts to give us Cherries fans the chance to wear these classics again, Please do more in the future! These retro collections are fantastic! Every little detail has be fulfilled on these shirts, nothing has been missed out!

Phenomenal service, quick turnaround and great product quality.

I ordered a print that was damaged by the postman, despite the packaging saying 'Do Not Bend. When I found the print behind my front door it was bent in half with a big crease down the middle.

With no fuss an FOC replacement was sent, and was, frustratingly damaged by the postman again, me having missed answering the door in time by seconds (complaint has been made to the Royal Mail).

Due to the numerous complications involved, which I can't blame the Terrace Store for (apart from perhaps using Postman-proof packaging in the future), I gave up and asked for a refund which was given without challenge.

Friendly business with great customer service that I will use again.

Absolute rubbish, ordered the Crystal Palace mystery box & received a bog standard mug & coater and a Carlisle United water flask 😳 need I say more!

Great place to spend my birthday with friends & family.We attended the Spice Girls themed brunch.It was amazing fun,dancing,lovely choice of brunch.Pancakes with syrup & fresh fruit were delicious.Endless Prossecco & cocktails all in with the price.We all had such a great day.We will definitely book again for another event.Well done to the organiser of these events as they are brilliant.Staff were very friendly & joined in with everyone.Such a laugh.

Extremely poor products . Bought a so called mystery box for £20 including postage and received a ten year old mug , similar age mousemat and a beer Mat. Honestly that was it . Waste of money and not as promised “more value than paid for”

I rate it 1 star because i Cant rate any lower. Ordered the mystery box ,15£ plus 4 £ for posting well doesn't worth the money at all ,they send u some rubbish mug and beer opener and a plastic bottle all cheap and 💩 looking , horrible company

Bought a mystery box, worth about £2. Mug from the sponsor beer mat and coaster. Really this is total tat. At least put one good item in there.

My son ordered a Leeds mystery box for my birthday and very disappointed, had a bobble hat in white yellow blue strips nothing to do with Leeds on it just Leeds colours, a bottle opener with Thistle Hotel on it and a mug with The Yorkshire Post on it.

Ordered a mystery box and not received my order every time I try and track it sends me to a different page... No customer service page or contact us on website... Poor really when it states 5 days for delivery and I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks now

Ordered a Leeds mystery box and wasn't massively impressed with the goods inside.May be my fault for not realising it would all be sponsor related rather than team related.

Took a gamble with the mystery box-wouldn’t recommend it!

Bought a second mystery box for a birthday present recently, I was very excited about purchasing this and was bigging it up as the best present ever. although the recipient appeared to be very grateful on the outside he felt very disappointed like myself with the contents, now I know a mystery box is a mystery box but this was put together without any thought whatsoever. A used program that had been written in, mouse Mat, coaster and bottle opener wasn’t what I had in mind when I ordered it. Up to this point I had rave reviews about this company but no anymore. I feel scammed out if my money. If I’d wanted an old program that had been written in I would have gone to an old book store. To say I was disappointed is an understatement and I will not be revisiting this site again

Ordered and paid £18 for mystery box. Got a tea coaster. A bar slop mat, a cup and a tin with stadium on front. Absolute crap and not worth £18 quid. I would not recommend buying a mystery box for your team

Have ordered several times from The Terrace Store have had no problems with any of the merchandise. Nottingham Forest Mystery Box was excellent and great value for price.

Ordered Nottm Forest t shirt dispatched 17th Dec
Unfortunately too small. Returned t shirt asking for refund so could then buy next size up. Heard nothing.
Sent e mail requesting update , still no reply
Customer service very poor, will not be using again

Ordered a Nottinghan Forest phone case for my son for a Christmas present it was supposed to be red but is burgundy,nothing like the pictures,emailed customer service who state the "design team" say "Its because its printed on black not on a white mug".
Wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from here.

Ordered way before their 14th Dec cut off for Xmas, had a notification of shipment but knew something wasn’t right when Evri said they had been expecting it for over a week, a shipment notice from the terrace seemed dodgy and low and behold, 4 days before Xmas, the mail saying we haven’t got the item so you won’t get it. FFS. Don’t bother with this shower.
