Shop Til You Drop
Customer service like the Thrifty Stork's is rare nowadays. Katie and Amelia are so sweet and really go above and beyond. I live six time zones away and they treat me like a neighbor just down the road. I've loved everything I've purchased whether it was new or preloved. The buying process is simple and their communication is excellent. I would highly recommend the Thrifty Stork to both natives and foreigners alike!

Such amazing costumer service from these lovely ladies, an item was unfortunately out of stock after a website error at purchase, had a message straight away to solve the problem and exchange for a different pattern.

Genuinely helpful, individualised customer service. Online community where I could ask questions with quick, helpful answers. Beautiful brands stocked with a great range of sizes - extra sizes sourced when asked too. Will definitely be returning to support this independent business.

Preloved for the win!
I recently purchased 2 preloved items and both came exactly as described. They were in excellent condition - I couldn’t believe they weren’t new! I love the fact that Thrifty also sell secondhand alongside the new - a clearly conscious brand with sustainable ethics which as a conscious consumer myself trying to make sustainable choices for my family (but at the same time dress my kids in funky colourful clothes!), this makes me very happy 😊
