Orders always arrive within a couple of…
Orders always arrive within a couple of days and every hook that I have been sent has been perfect
And there has never been any problem so I haven't had to contact customer service, but I'm sure if I did that it would be sorted out by this shop, it's a great little shop
I highly recommend to any and all fiber artists
Ps. Some hooks in photo are past ones I bought from here, recently I bought the 15mm Taurus, 3.50 Laurel and a 3.75 Ebony

Pointless
Stupid to ask before the goods are dispatched. You deserve as low a mark as possible.

Antwoord van The Tight Stitch Co.
Hi Reuben, I apologise for the confusion. At the time of purchase (and still at the time of this reply) the website and your confirmation email stated that all orders would not dispatch until June 11, 2024. If you received a different confirmation email please let me know and I can reach out to Shopify to see why you received something different as I have double checked the confirmation email template.
The Trustpilot review requests are automaticcally sent after a certain amount of time. It has now been brought to my attention that this was not deactivated while I was away.
I do ask if you could please check your email inbox as I have sent you an option to cancel and refund your order. I will just need a confirmed response via email.
Thank you and have a great week.
Kind regards,
Victoria

Super service Furls suppliers
I was delighted to find a UK based company selling Furls crochet hooks. There was a good choice of hooks in a wide range of sizes. They were well packaged and the service was quick. There was even a voucher code for money off on the next order and a handwritten note- the personal touch was an added bonus. Thank you.
