Although I ordered the incorrect size the company tried to help me sort out the issue. On return of the strap they were quick to refund my money.

Didn't receive the item. From what I can see from proof of delivery picture, it was put in a postbox, but for a neighbouring property. No luck tracking this down, so has been a blank purchase.

Amazing Service
I had an initial web chat with the company owner who recommended some straps for me and once I had chosen gave me the exact size and type I needed for my garmin watch. The quality service didn't stop there as I was also given a discount on my order at checkout. Would buy again and also recommend to family and friends

Excellent products, great quality, and very comfortable too. Delivery was really quick and everything was as I hoped.
I made a mistake on one of my orders and their customer service (I spoke to Jake) were amazing and sorted everything for me really quickly. Will definitely be back.

Excellent customer service
The Time Club and Jake have been absolutely amazing. I ordered a strap at a good competitive price but sadly it got lost in the Royal Mail somewhere. Quick service, great watch strap. I was dubious that the magnetic strap would hold, but it's rock steady, even mountain biking.

Amazing product and service
I had bought a Garmin strap from another company and it just didn’t fit properly so thought I would try the time club. Ordered and received an amazing quality strap but like an idiot I ordered the wrong one, a quick email to them and within an hour Jake had responded and offered a wealth of advice, after agreeing the correct strap Jake assured me that he would get it in the post, sure enough the following day I received the package and it was a great fit and superb quality! I can’t recommend them enough.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! I bought an Apple Watch series 9 and strap, and the entire experience was fantastic. Before ordering, I had a few questions and received quick, clear, and friendly response despite being on a weekend. Shipping was very fast, and everything arrived exactly as described. The quality is excellent, and the customer service made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. They also provided a complimentary event travel case. The straps didn't fit my wrist, but that is because I have small wrists, and it is difficult to get ones that do, especially nylon ones. Regardless of this, customer service is great, quick response, and a refund was provided. They are releasing new straps all the time, so once they have ones that cater to my wrists, I will defo return and order them.

Great Quality
Great quality straps which are comfortable and long lasting for my Garmin Venu 2 which I have had for a few months now. Better quality than Garmin own straps which I have bought in the past and were actually more expensive!
A very good selection of styles, materials and attachments (standard pin and quick release).

I can't fault the Time Club for their service or prompt follow up action to my previously poor rating of them which was due to circumstances it turned out that were entirely not their fault.
The Royal Mail had delivered my item to the wrong address!
The follow up support was superb and a replacement was sent through within 24hrs. Great team who actually care about their customers! Product is very good too - which helps!

Hi Andrew, We use Royal Mail Tracked and it does say that your parcel was delivered. This includes photography and dates. It is confirmed as being delivered on the 24th of April.
We have sent an email directly to you but could you please respond. This includes the proof of delivery and tracking information. We would love to ensure this is resolved for you.
