Went on their website and used the part exchange calculator. Put accurate information in to which they quoted £5400 for my car.

I then made an appointment the next day as I wanted to part ex and buy another vehicle which was on sale via their website on promotion as £2000 off each car.

Went to the Neath centre. Guy I dealt with was alright but he went and spoke to his manager about what I would get for my car part ex wise.

I understood they would probably take a bit off as they all do. He came back and said they would give me £2000 for my car!

I asked him why would you online give a quote of £5400 to which he blamed the website saying the calculator wasn’t accurate, I challenged him saying it’s false advertising and then low balling me which he didn’t have much to say.

Also, their website showed good cars at very good prices, upon walking around the whole forecourt, I couldn’t see one vehicle that matched the prices online, not even close.

So, they ended up wasting my time and lying to me to try and get my vehicle for next to nothing.

The manager didn’t give a monkeys about me and couldn’t have cared less.

Cowboys. Avoid.

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! ⚠️
The amount of cars they sell that are below par is unreal! After buying 2 cars which were fine we trusted Trade Centre Coventry branch again with the third one. Unfortunately we are now left with a vehicle that cannot be driven, We cannot afford the repair bill of 3.5k or the ongoing finance payments after a DSG gearbox failure within 4 months of purchase. Both Trade Centre and the finance company have been less than helpful and refused to allow rejection of the vehicle under the consumer rights act. They did not check the auto gear oil in the 99 point inspection, which is proven to directly cause mechatronic failures and that inspection isn’t worth the paper it’s written on anyway! They then appointed and paid for an ‘independent’ inspection (and I use that term loosely!) which went in their favour conveniently! This whole situation has taken months of chasing as well and getting nowhere, the after sales service is shocking! Fault happened in February 2026 and the outcome wasn’t received until July! The car is now about to be repossessed by the finance company and we will still be left over 12k out of pocket plus the repair costs!! We now have a complaint with the Finacial Ombudsman and we feel incredibly let down by Trade Centre.
Please do your research before buying a car from here. We’re part of a rapidly growing number of consumers that are in this position or even worse off!

Visited the Neath branch today and I have to be honest here, travelled from Ceredigion after listening to their ad on real radio and also looking on their website. £2000 Off every car , cars advertised from 5995 down to 3995 etc. Not 1 car did I see like this! Walked around outside and showroom twice and not 1 salesman asked me what am I looking for they were interested in how they looked themselves tbh. I asked a salesman as I was leaving if he had a few cars I was actually looking for with a panoramic sunroof and he replied ' I don't know ' Surely they should know what specifications their cars have on their devices. I asked him about the cheaper cars and he said ' nothing here'. Overall very misleading and left disappointed as its really not as advertised! I won't mention the price on the cars , but definitely not the cheapest cars in Wales. Very expensive!
