A Life-Changing Retreat – The Reset I Needed
From the moment I arrived, I knew this retreat was going to be something special—but I had no idea just how profoundly it would change me. This wasn’t just a holiday; it was a complete mind and body reset. The experience gave me the space, support, and tools I needed to pause, reflect, and realign with the person I truly want to be.
Every moment—from the guided morning power walks to the Pilates & Yoga sessions, nourishing meals (thanks to the incredible Chef, Jason), and inspiring workshops—was thoughtfully designed to nurture not just my physical health, but also my mental clarity and emotional well-being. I was able to reflect deeply on my habits and choices, and with the guidance of the incredible team, I began to build a realistic, sustainable framework for my fitness, health, and wellness journey.
I arrived feeling burnt out and emotionally drained. I left empowered, energised, and ready to take on the world. I feel like a new woman—more confident, more grounded, and finally connected to my purpose.
If you’re feeling tired or in need of a full-body-and-soul reboot, this retreat is the answer. I can’t recommend it enough. It's more than a getaway—it's a gateway to the best version of yourself.

I enjoyed everything about this retreat - every single one of the staff was fantastic, the exercise and hikes were great , the food was delicious ( whilst being healthy!) and the craic was mighty! I never laughed as much in my life - the group of ladies ( and man!) were instant and lifelong friends. I know most of us are planning a return and many had been before which is a testament to the place. Well done! Brilliant 👍👍👍 10 ⭐️

I’ve been to this retreat a few times in a year and I can honestly say that it’s amazing in every way. Highlights for me are:

-It’s brilliant having your own room (with no single supplement) to relax and de-stress;
- the chef is excellent and I never felt hungry;
- the therapists and PTs are all friendly but extremely knowledgeable.
- Julie, who runs the retreats puts her heart into every retreat and Kevin her partner is always entertaining on the hikes;
- the inch loss!
- It’s also worth saying that everyone here will go the extra mile for you.

I always finish the week at the retreat feeling sad that it’s over but so well rested and relaxed. I couldn’t wish for better.
