Had a wonderful experience with the company throughout our Umrah journey. The whole process was well organised, from the initial arrangements to our stay and transportation. The team was very helpful, professional and always available whenever we needed assistance. Everything was explained clearly, which made the journey much easier and stress-free.
Fake Company Fraud . This company is a fraud. They don't exist. I went to the address 450 Bath Rd. There is no sign of them. There is another Fake Company with the same Address MakkahMadinah.co.uk. I called them, they insisted they are there but they would allow me into the office

We are The Umrah Travels, are a separate company with no connection, ownership, or business relationship with Makkah Madinah Limited. Neither you or us have any record of a booking, payment, or communication from you, so we haven't been able to match your experience to our company.
We understand how the confusion may have happened. At the time, both companies were based in the same co-working space at 450 Bath Road, which is a shared office building with several businesses operating from it.
We are very sorry to hear you are having difficulty with your booking, but we are unable to resolve it, as it was not made with us. We would suggest contacting Makkah Madinah Limited directly. If you paid by card, your bank may also be able to help.

Going for Umrah with my family was a dream we had been carrying in our hearts for a long time, and choosing The Umrah Travels turned that dream into the most peaceful and beautiful reality. From the first day of planning until the moment we returned home, everything felt guided with care and sincerity. There was always a calm reassurance that we were in safe hands.
Travelling with family isn’t easy; you worry about comfort, timing, hotels, transport, elders, children, and a hundred small details. But SubhanAllah, every worry slowly disappeared. Our hotels were so close to the Haramain that even after long prayers, returning felt easy. Everything that was promised was delivered with honesty. No stress, no confusion, just peace.
What touched me the most was the personal care. It never felt like a business transaction. Every question was answered with patience, and every concern was treated with respect. When you’re preparing for a spiritual journey like Umrah, that kind of support means everything. Because of that, we were able to fully focus on our ibadah, on our duas, on our family bonding, without distractions.
Watching my parents and family members perform Umrah with ease and happiness was an emotional moment I will never forget. Alhamdulillah, we returned not just satisfied, but spiritually uplifted and emotionally full.
From the bottom of my heart, I am grateful to The Umrah Travels for making this journey so smooth, so sincere, and so memorable. This was not just a trip; it was a lifetime experience. And InshaAllah, we will return again with them.
I recently booked my parents Umrah Package with The Umrah Travels and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish, it turned out to be one of the most beautiful expriences of our lives. My parents had found another offer elsewhere, but it didn't include accommodation and didn't feel reliable. And I was initially hesitant because everything was arranged online, but the planning, communication, and service were exceptional. Their hotels were very close to the Haramain, everything was organized professionally, and Brother Waqas remained polite, patient, and extremely accommodating, even when they had several last-minute changes. The Umrah guide they provided was incredibly helpful for my parents.Since it was my parents’ first time traveling alone, I was extremely anxious, but The Umrah Travels made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. My dad was especially impressed and has already recommended them to his friends. We’ll definitely be using them again for all our future Umrah and travel needs.
The only thing I would recommend is booking transport between cities earlier, as that part was on us, not The Umrah Travels. Overall, the experience was flawless, memorable, and filled with ease. May Allah put barakah in their work. If you’re considering booking with them, don’t hesitate, you’ll be in safe hands.
