Au bout d’une semaine j’ai relancé pour savoir si ils étaient intéressés ou non. Et pas de réponse silence total. La moindre des choses pour une entreprise commerciale est de répondre. Une approche d’escrocs. Des promesses écrites et ensuite au mieux vous toucherez 30% des montants perçus par eux. Comme la société est situé au Royaume Uni, impossible de recevoir la moindre explication. Ils paieront selon leur bon vouloir.

The apartment was handed over more than a year ago and was managed by UpperKey for a period of just four months. During that time, all relevant financial statements were provided, and our team shared detailed explanations regarding performance and payments.
We understand that the results may not have met your expectations, but everything was handled in line with the signed agreement. At this stage, we’ve done our best to address your concerns, and unfortunately, we have no further information to add beyond what has already been shared.
customer experience
We rented a studio at 3 rue d'Ormesson Paris IV for 7 days from B&Bnova = upperkey. The boiler did not work, no warm water during 5 days. We had to book another hotel on the second day. Upperkey refuses any reimbursement referring to their policies, even tough plummers were in the appartment trying to chance the boiler on day 5. This businees attitudie is not fair at all. We are happy to provide any proof of our experience with B&Bnova Paris upperkey.
B&B nova is a semianonymous organization which communicates only by chat. The phone number on the booking confirmation belongs to upperkey, Upperkey is listed on the WiFi data sheet as a customer and upperkey gave us the email adress of the owner, so there is no question who was the agent renting out this studio under the name of B&Bnova.
