HiThe Vapemall has quality eliquid. I loved being able to create my custom products. But a few months ago I paid for priority 3-5 day shipping and it came nearly 3 weeks later. So while waiting for it I dispute my charges and got my money back because I thought they forgot to send my ejuice. But then after I did receive it 3 weeks later. When I went to make my next order they cancelled it!! I called Vapemall and spoke to Tina and she said I can’t order from them no more!! She denied my business. It hurt my feelings because it was all a misunderstanding. I paid for priority shipping to get the product within 3-5 days and it took 3 weeks!!. So I don’t recommend business with them although the eliquid is great and a quality product, Tina, the owner of the company was very nasty and rude and it hurt that she declined me to buy from her ever again.
So now I have been going elsewhere to get my eliquid that in my opinion isn’t as good as Vapemall!!

So I only smoke freebase juice. The shipping was fast, but the vape malls site didn’t specify whether or not the vape juice was salt nic. Anything under 25 mg is freebase, but not for the vape mall. I ordered one mg of skittles and it said on the bottle it was salt nic. I also input my email wrong when I ordered it. After the order was complete, it said I should receive an email which I didn’t. After 3 days of calling and calling and emailing, they finally responded and gave me my tracking info and were very passive aggressive. I would not recommend this company at all. Go to Vapor vapes.

Have been ordering from VapeMall for a few years now. I love the guava juice! Please never discontinue! Fast, fast, fast delivery. I ordered a vape kit 2 days ago and it was delivered today...From MO to TN...great service Thanks!

I was scared of trying a vape store online as some can be sketchy. But I have had two orders with them and everything was fine - quick shipping even if I didn't pay for the express one, the order was here in maybe 3 days.
I still use disposable cards when purchasing through smaller websites, as some people had issues with similar stores (not sure if with vape mall at all). But so far so good.

They shipped the tank I ordered and had it here in 3 days, I just placed my second order with them and am hoping for the same quick delivery.

I experienced Myle Vape for the first time and it tastes great he doesn't leave a bad odor in my house or my clothes and it doesn't have a strong pull to it will you feel like you're choking to death. It's actually a great smoke and the price is reasonable great job guys. Ms King

I ordered strawberry ice it taste like spearmint no strawberry flavor so I wrote them this is what they wrote this back: Hello Paula,

We do apologize that you did not enjoy your flavors. I do see that your package was delivered on the 21st. This is not normally enough time for your bottles to steep to allow that flavor to come out. With our e juices being made when ordered per your specifications, it can require extra time for steeping for those flavors to be more flavorful. Instructions on how to steep I have included here:

What is steeping and Airing out eJuice?
Steeping is similar to ageing. Often times a liquid needs to steep or age in order for the flavor to blend fully with ingredients. We recommend steeping our liquids for 7-10 days in a dark, room temperature environment such as a drawer or closet, shaking thoroughly every two days. Some of our liquids such as tobacco and coffees may need additional steep time. Some eLiquids require little to no steeping. Airing out the ejuice is taking the cap and/or tip off and letting it breathe a little. The breathing helps the flavor mature and any additives in the flavoring evaporate.

Why should I have to store it for 7 days it's a joke

Their ejuice destroys my coils like burning rubber, and it tastes about the same.

The people that run the company are too stupid and incompetent to post on their website what states they cannot ship to. Instead, the customer is forced to find out after already placing their order. It would be so easy to just add a disclaimer on their product pages, or even just add it to their shipping info, but they're too dumb and lazy to do even that.

Their customer service is legitimately the worst I've ever dealt with. Not only did they blame the shipping thing on me, but they insulted me while doing it. This company hires the least intelligent customer service reps and website editors. Just trash people who should never be allowed to deal with customers.

I feel relieved to never have to deal with these pieces of garbage ever again.

Good stuff = Yes
Fair prices = Yes
Too Late arrival (weeks) = Yes
Not answering customer calls = Yes

Juice is okay, but shipping times are horrible. My last two orders took 7-14 days to arrive even though I paid for express 2-4 day shipping. Moving on to someone that ships timely.

I love The Vape Mall. You are able to basically 'build' your own ejuice/nic salts how you want it. Don't forget to steep your juice! Great prices, fair shipping price, and fast shipping. For me, I always get my package a day earlier than they say to expect it. Go on and give them a try and you should be quite happy!

I've been buying ejuice from them for several months & they've been great. Very good quality ejuice, good prices, fast shipping & good communication. Highly recommended!
