**update to the below: the company finally responded to my email requesting a return on the day that I posted this review and the day that I opened an issue with PayPal for this order. They did indeed refund me, however they made the process way too difficult and I don’t think they would’ve gotten back to me if I didn’t go to these measures**

I sent an email requesting a return/refund within a 30 day trial period over a week ago. I have not received any response. I have also sent the company DMs on Instagram, no response, yet the account continues to post. There is no phone number to call. I went on their Instagram and see that other people have left comments on their post saying that they are also trying to return their devices and being entirely ignored. This company is starting to feel like a scam at this point. If I do not receive a response for my return/refund I will need to report it to a government consumer agency.

I purchased both the vibit roller and the pain machine. I have used them both and found them very helpful to release tight muscles and reduce pain. Loads of tutorials so you know just how to get the most out of your purchase. Easy to use and great results

Love the Vibit Tens machine that I got a second set. Easy to use, portable and effective in pain management for my knee arthritis and anywhere else tgat I may have muscle aches. My daughter has also started using it for her muscle aches. 👍

Initially I was pleased with the Tens Machine I purchased (01 Mar 26) from Vibit, then it stopped working so I checked how to proceed with an exchange or refund. They required a video to show the fault so I sent the video to them and heard nothing for almost a week, at which stage a representative contacted me to give them access to the video. I did this immediately and once again I have heard nothing since. It has now been 17 days since I contacted them. There is no number listed on their website so I can't follow up by phone. I'm really disappointed as I did think the product worked well but this low level of customer service is ridiculous.

Very simple and slick online ordering process followed up with very quick delivery time.
The product has already worked wonders, far exceeding my expectations.

When I received the portable massager and realized it was not what I expected, I tried to initiate a return immediately. Five emails, 2 attempts on IG, and almost 10 days later still no response. I have handed this over to my credit card company.

I ordered the Vibit Tens Machine - the website said it was stocked ready for postage, I ordered it to take overseas with me. The next two weeks was spent receiving notifications that shipping had been delayed, package had been lost etc. I was promised extra pads as an olive branch, that when my package eventually arrived were not enclosed. I have since spent 3 weeks chasing up with intermittent responses from customer service but no closure. Needless to say it has been a disappointing experience and gives me no confidence ordering replacement parts in the future.

The products (roller and pulse) have provide some immediate relief to soft tissue injuries / tightness.

Vibit product is high quality. Has helped a lot with my plantar pain and has helped with my son’s ACL. There are easy to follow tutorials for different areas of the body. I would recommend this to anyone

I find the vibit very soothing and definitely helps me to stand after resting, I use it first thing in the morning before I put my feet on the ground when getting out of bed. Also when I know I am going to be standing.
The support of this company is very good. My biggest regret is I didn’t order two when I had the chance of the discount. As I have been recently diagnosed moderate to severe Plantar fasciitis two would have made it easier to use on both feet at the same time.
This has definitely helped with the pain as well as being very enjoyable sensation.

I have been struggling for a few years with shoulder soreness and tendonitis/bursitis. It has limited my ability to enjoy sport and somedays makes it very painful at work.
After using Vibit TENS on my shoulder for a week the difference has been life changing. I even played cricket on the weekend and didn't wake up the next day unable to lift my arm due to excrutiating pain - it's been the best money i have spent on shoulder treatments.

I sent my request for return and refund one week ago, you acknowledged it’s arrival and said you would get back to me asap, and not to send another email or it would send my request to the back of the queue. Since then, crickets, absolutely nothing. That is well beyond your “a little longer than our usual 24hrs”

The tens machine is piece of junk. Did not work properly. The company went silent after returning the unit and I had to contact the PayPal to get my money back. I also find out that the company has created a recurring account to withdraw money at later occasions for no reason. PLEASE AVOID

My experience with Vibit has been a great relief to my foot pain, I experience everyday having plantar fasciitis. I honestly don’t think I can manage the day without using it.
This little machine seems to hit the spot where I feel pain in my heel. I know there is a lot of products out on the market, and I have got most of them from orthotics to insoles. They may give a little relief but not for long.
I was a little sceptical at first with the Vibit, but I cannot go a day without using it.
I highly recommend this product, as it really does work for me. As for the Vibit Company, I have nothing but praise, they are very professional and understanding. I also love their tutorial exercises videos explaining how to use Vibit.

I have had 5 attempts to get my completely non working machine replaced and then when that was not forthcoming after I had done everything they asked to show it was not working, requested a refund. Almost 2 months later - still nothing. No replacement or refund. Appalling. Know you are on your own if your machine is faulty.

Vibit are a great company. Easy to use website and quick delivery. I brought a Vibit Tens machine and it works a treat. It's helped my shoulder and back pain in a way i could never imagine. Give them a try you wont regret it.

I’m very happy with the compression boots that I purchased. They have not let me down. I use them on my bed when I get home from From my Fitness instructing they give great relief for aching legs. The charging unit last 42 or three sessions then I just detach the motor unit and recharge. The only thing I did find is the motor is a little bit noisy but nothing too bad. I still seem to fall asleep during the session. I also bought the tens wireless unit. This is also been fantastic as lasted for over two hours, have not been let down. The after sales service is also fantastic and helpful.
