Not worth buying, it kept turning off. It is just strong vibrating, nothing special about this, as it is advertised.

Ordered over a month ago. Was advised by email 2 weeks after ordering the shipping company lost the parcel. Was then told it was resent and still have yet to receive the item and its been over 6 weeks. No shipping conformation no tracking number nothing.
Very disappointing from this company.
I would not recommend buying from them.

My delivery was super fast. This Vibit roller is fantastic. It fixed my plantar fasciitis in a short time where nothing else had worked. I work long days in retail on a hard floor so my feet take a pounding . This roller is great for relief at the end of my day. Love it. A definite must have.

Poor poor communication.
Ordered 14 days ago and only after paying a few days later was advised no stock. 30/04 receiced an email stating would receive a notification in 1 -2 business days when order would ship(been 4 days now) . Have tried to contact the contact us page and Facebook page out of desperation as need by 07/05 for birthday gift and crickets from the business. Shocking service. Can see why you dont have a contact number or retail ouylet as bet you would be getting a mouthful from many unsatisfied customers. Poor poor service vibit. DISGUSTED!!!

The product is what other uses have said & more, in other words it really works! I have been suffering from Pudendal Neuralgia for over 12 months & on nerve pain medication & now after only 2 weeks I will be discussing with my Doctor about cutting back my medication because the TENS unit has improved my life from nerve pain immensely, I could not recommend this product enough, I will be shouting from rooftops at how good this unit is.

I was experiencing a lot of pain in my left elbow due to epicondylitis. Having tried all sorts of straps and therapies with no luck. After purchasing the vibit unit and being persistent with it every day, I can honestly say that after 3 weeks I have finally seen some relief both at rest and in action. Really happy with the results and am continuing to use daily. Thanks so much.

It made my plantar fasciitis worse

Vibit has been a life saver! It helps so much with the pain caused by Plantar Faciitis. I use it at least once a day, not just on my foot, on my things, hip, neck.
It's really good to help loosen those tired muscles around the neck after a long day at work.

I have not had the vibrating roller for very long, I feel it has given me some relief from my condition. Thank you.

Love the feel of Vibit on my foot. I use it 15 min per day and it seems to be making a difference with my heel spur.

As soon as ask for a refund, because the product is out of stock. The reply stopped.
They have no contact number so frustrating 😡

I purchased the product and was excited to receive it. When it arrived, I plugged it in for several hours, it didn’t work. So I plugged it in overnight and then the next morning I finally got the power button to work. I used it for 10 minutes on one day, then 10 the next. I went to operate it on the third day and it would not power on. It showed that there was a full charge when I re-plugged it back in however I could never get it to power back up.

I contacted the company for a refund. They offered to send out a new one, however, after not experiencing success with the first one I did not want a second one. They sent the address where to return the product. I packaged it all back up put it in another package to make sure it got there safely and paid almost $20 to send it back to them.

I knew that if I returned the product within 30 days that the cost for a return would be on me, but I figured with the product not functioning, they would refund my shipping cost to me. I had misread a the email that they had sent so that’s on me, however, given that the product was not working, I still believe that they should have refunded my shipping costs.

I did send feedback that they should provide a prepaid return label and then deduct it off of the refund as they most likely have bulk shipping pricing available to them, whereas we as individuals do not.

I’m only giving them a two star instead of a one because customer service has been efficient and corresponding with me. Otherwise it would be a one.

I can’t say that I would recommend this product. I think it’s overpriced for what it is and that their return policy needs work

Very easy to order and delivered quickly. The Vibit is easy to use and has helped my sciatica pain so much.
I thoroughly recommend this product.

It is good but I stopped using it for 12 months and now it’s out of warrenty and the buttons stick so unable to press up it’s a shame because I was positive about it when I got it and it does what I wanted but it’s expensive if it’s throw away after one year

I put my trust in your advertising campaigns and decided that Vibit would be the best positive choice for me in trying to ease the pain of plantar fasciitis,
Bone spur and my archilles troubles. It does help alot in the short time that I have been using the Vibit

Having suffered with plantar fasciitis for over 4 months I was looking for relief. I have tried insoles of different types, rolling my foot on a frozen water bottle. Medications. Saw the Vibit on social media and thought “ what have I got to lose” . Delivery was speedy which was a plus. After only a week of using the roller I definitely notice a big improvement.

From the first use i have noticed a difference! The boots were tight and i couldn't pull them all the way up, the second day i got them a bit further, the third day i can put them on properly. I suffer with bad lyphodemia and lypodema due to damage to the lymphatics in my legs after an operation. My legs feel lighter, not as achey. I am stoked with the difference it has made already.
