I cannot recommend Robyn from The Water Woman highly enough.

It took me a long time to finally make the switch — not because I had any doubts, but simply because the pressures of running a business meant it kept slipping down my list of priorities. Throughout that time, Robyn gently kept in touch without ever applying any pressure. She was patient, professional and completely understood the demands on my time.

My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.

We handed over our 34 water contracts for Robyn to look after, moving away from Castle Water and SES Water — both companies we had found incredibly difficult and frustrating to deal with. From the moment Robyn took over, the whole process was seamless. She handled everything from start to finish and made what I expected to be a complicated task feel effortless.

A couple of the switches were initially rejected for various reasons, but Robyn immediately took ownership, followed them through and got everything resolved.

After years of struggling to get issues dealt with, it is such a relief to finally have someone knowledgeable, efficient and genuinely committed on our side.

I cannot rate Water Woman's services highly enough. Changing utility providers is never a fun job, and let's face it, in business, we are busy enough with the day job even to start faffing with rates/quotes/ dealing with customer services' never-ending hold music.
However, the experience from Robyn at Water Woman was the polar opposite; I could do everything quickly via email, and all the documents were sent securely online and easily understood. The options presented were clear (and it took less than 30 seconds to decide without wading through reams of quotes and nonsensical information).
The transfer process was completed seamlessly, with Robyn even submitting the water quote on our behalf. From start to finish, the service was exemplary, and it actually took me longer to write this review than to change suppliers. Seriously though, water is not something we often think about in business, but I strongly recommend giving Water Woman a try. We saved £100's/annum.
