Do not trust this company, after a couple of years with them, I decided to close my account as i no longer require the website, they have now taken 2 payments in one month off myself after closing and leaving no way in which to contact them as they have closed the client area in which to open a ticket and raise the problem, very convenient, I was looking to have another website done this month for another store but now there is a lack of trust with this company I will look elsewhere for the work to be completed, so they have lost out another load of money because they wanted to take two lots of £24 wrongly, I'm now paid up until 21 march for something I don't need having giving 4 weeks notice from the 18th of this month (January) the money is being disputed through the bank with evidence.

Zak was amazing with giving in-depth knowledge on how things work and always making sure he was available to answer any questions I had. 5/5!

Really helpful, even for someone like me who isn't technical!

Towards the end of last year, I was searching for a web designer company, when I come across the web designer group and spoke with Zach. He then reassured me that he could help generate more business from my website, re-designing it doing all the necessary SEO that the site required. It is now up and running looks fantastic. Surprised how much I had to design myself if I'm honest but as soon as Wahab got personally involved everything was sorted out within a couple of weeks and always responded to any changes needed straight away. Now completely happy. Only giving a 4 because of the delays which I believe was an 'ex' member of the team. but would give Wahab a 5.
