I was working as a software developer, but I knew AI was transforming the industry and I didn't want to be left behind.
Joining the agentic AI program at Wills Education was one of the best decision I made for my career. The program focused on practical learning , we build AI agents, automated workflows, integrated APIs, and worked on real world projects.
As I completed more projects my confidence grew. Those projects became the highlight of my interviews and helped me demonstrate practical AI skills in the interview.
Last month I successfully switched to AI Engineer role with a compensation package of over 100k.
My previous software development experience definitely helped, but this program gave me practical AI knowledge and hands on experience that made the transition possible. I highly recommend it to any developer looking to build a career in AI.

Join the agentic AI program at wills education has been one of the most valuable learning decisions i have made.What i liked most was that the program does not just each concepts it helps you understand how AI can be applied in real word situations.

After struggling to find a job in manchester for a long time, I unexpectedly found wills education, and it turned out to be a best decision for my career switch. By mid January 2026 I landed a job in AI/ML, thanks to their guidance.
I joined wills education on August 2025, with a lot of dilemma and uncertainty, as I was transitioning from devops to ai/ml, a completely unknown field for me. I had no idea how to overcome the challenges, but wills education team, structured classes, and hands on practical sessions helped me tremendously.
