Do not trust Diamond Windows/The Window factory north ltd or any other subsidiaries of Faisal Hussain as director.
I have a ccj against him for work not commenced since September 2025.
He has not returned my money and has not contacted me to resolve this situation.
If anyone can give me his home address that would be a great help.

We didn't even get as far as having any windows fitted (I am actually quite relieved looking at some of the reviews on here!). We signed up to get some, paid a £5k deposit and then got fed nonsense for months before they admitted they couldn't do the job so offered to refund our money. Faisal Hussain, the Director, repaid £2,500 in dribs and drabs before going off the radar. Diamond Windows Sales Ltd then called a creditors meeting to discuss voluntary liquidation then apparently stopped working with their insolvency pracitioner, Zane Collins of Insolvency One. I signed up for company updates and today got a notification through that Diamond Windows Sales Ltd has applied to be struck off, I have instructed a solicitor to go through the CCJ process, reported the fraud to West Yorkshire Trading Standards and have, of course, objected to the company strike off as a creditor of Diamond Windows Sales Ltd so would urge anyone else who has been left out of pocket by Faisal Hussain and his sham companies to do the same.

Appear to have gone bankrupt, substandard work. Issued certass certification without IBG- this appears to be fraud by false representation. Will be persuing this further

Been trying to contact them for days now, had my windows done a year ago and they are already sub standard, streaming with condensation. Noticed their websites are down for both companies listed on Companies House, Diamond Windows Sales Ltd and The Window Factory Northwest, both run by Faisal Hussain. I will be speaking to Trading Standards and my solicitor and also the finance company to withdraw my payments

I had my windows fitted by Diamond Windows, who also trade as The Window Factory North Ltd, and my finance agreement is with them. I even spoke to the sales rep to confirm they were the same company. Sadly, every single window they installed has been fitted incorrectly, and now every one of them is leaking. The water pouring in has caused serious damage throughout my home, leaving me with a property I can’t enjoy or feel proud of.

I spent almost £8,000 on what I thought would be a long-term investment to improve and protect my home. Instead, I’ve been left with a nightmare. Despite the scale of the damage and the fact that I’ve called more than 18 times, the company has shown no courtesy, no professionalism, and no responsibility. They refuse to even call me back, leaving me feeling ignored, helpless, and completely let down.

I had my windows fitted by this company and honestly, the job they’ve done is a complete disgrace. They’ve wrecked my property. I saved up for 5 years to get these windows and they’ve totally ruined the whole experience for me. Every time I call to get the windows sorted, I just get fobbed off. I’ve spoken to Danny and Craig plenty of times but got absolutely nowhere. I’ve contacted them loads, but all they care about is taking the money and then disappearing.

What a great bunch of guy's. From the survey to the installation we received excellent service.
The price was very competitive as well. Couldn't recommend them any higher.
