The Wine Company NI Reviews

Right wine. Good price and quick delivery

Our friends were very pleased with the wine gift which was delivered on time

Unfortunately, the high pricing (of a known item), delivery price, and then very slow despatch and delivery speed meant that I was very unhappy with my purchase. I paid approx 20% over supermarket price for champagne, paid I think £7.95 for delivery and as it took over 4 days from my order, missed the birthday I was buying the gift for. I’m very disappointed indeed.

Great customer service and personalised the order for me. Will definitely order again!

Great customer service and delivery etc all went accordingly. Thank you, we will be using you again!

Even with delivery charge price was very competitive.
Delivered in a timely manner

The wine I purchased was great value. The delivery was very prompt. The wine was packaged very securely. I will definitely order from this company again.

Good variety of options in all wines and sparkling. Excellent service which arrived on time as detailed when ordering.

Fab service quick delivery and well packaged. Thanks

Easy to order bottles as a gift for friends at home from the US. Timely responses and confirmation of addresses etc, quick delivery as well.

Ordered gift online for friend to collect, lovely selection and know can trust the recommendations one the website. Friend was delighted with her gift.

I was given a token for wine this Xmas. Had never been in The Wine Company before. I had ordered wine online but the token hadn’t been taken off. The staff in the branch on the ormeau Road were so helpful and we enjoyed the experience of looking round the plentiful wines on display. So far we have drunk a wonderful bottle of Rose wine with tasting notes to help us savour the flavour. Well worth a visit

Amazing customer service - I'd asked for a little personalisation with a gift card and they were happy to fulfil the request. Excellent wine too.

Service and delivery excellent. Gift.

Friendly customer service. Excellent delivery & well packaged. The wine was amazing. Would definitely recommend and buy from again.

The Wine Company NI were amazing to deal with from Australia. They took the time to read the detail in my order where I mentioned it was a birthday present for my daughter. The company then emailed me to advise they would put a birthday card into the delivery at no cost. Amazing! And so personalised. Thank you so much.

I was really impressed with the packaging and the promptness of the processing of my order. The wine..Muddy Boots is a good choice and arrived well in time for Christmas.

Great selection of wines that are easy to access online. They were able to package and deliver bottles of wine for me around Christmas saving me lots of time and effort. Personal service was excellent - I was able to make last minute changes to my order, and it wasn't a problem. 5 stars from me.
