The Wine Company NI Reviews

Great wine, speedy delivery. Efficient service - would recommend.

Sent to wrong address - number 6 instead of number 8 - despite correct address being given to you by me

Excellent service and quick delivery. Well packed, will definitely purchase from them again

I just wish to leave my great appreciation to both the owner and manageress of TWCNI based in Waringstown. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting a bespoke, premium, and international wine order on my behalf, which was beautifully packaged and presented. Not only were they highly professional, but immensely friendly with a remarkable knowledge of their industry. Hugely Recommended! Thank you so much!

Adding personal care to an online service. I was very impressed with how Tiarnan, who runs the family business, made sure my order was delivered - friendly and efficient - invaluable for an ex-pat like me who wants to get a present delivered locally. Many thanks! Ken

Easy process was very impressed. Wine was delivered on the exact day that I had requested. The recipient said it was packed very well. Not sure how much he enjoyed these wines but when I find out I can try to edit my review, I am sure he enjoyed them all.

It wasn't as easy as I'd hoped to find a store in Belfast online to send a small 'thank you' gift to an old college friend who'd helped me out with some recent medical issues. But The Wine Company NI obliged very promptly, at a reasonable price, and once I'd got over a hiccup of my own making with the message for the recipient, all went smoothly - and he was delighted with the Prosecco!

Delighted with your service
Helpful and efficient

Am pleased with quality and price of wines, but Parcelforce let us down badly on delivery, stating that it had been attempted on a day when someone was definitely at home. No notification of delivery attempt was left. A staff member eventually went out of his way to make a personal delivery 2 days later than the first purported attempt. This demonstrated excellent customer service, but I probably wouldn't rely on them for an urgent or named-day delivery.

Fast delivery, excellent selection.

I can’t rate this company highly enough! Such friendly, personal service, great wine and delivery was easy and fast. Excellent service.

Great range of wines and of high quality - prompt delivery and well packed.
Thanks!

Gave these people a great review previously; but retract it all. Slow service, poor communication, failure to meet expectations and commitments. Will not be back. Utterly appalling service. AVOID.

Some of our choices were lovely but several were past their best. They would have been delicious if a couple of years later. Overall a great experience.

Very good service and competitive selection

Very good service - I ordered late but they delivered in time for Christmas. Friendly lady helped over the phone.

Easy to use site with an incredible choice at fantastic prices. Ordering and delivery is easy and fast. I will always return to The Wine Company for my favourite wines

The service was extremely good and the person I spoke to on the phone
was really lovely and helpful. The wine was a gift and was delivered in
good time and I've been told by the recipients that the wines were
great. Thank you again.
