As we discussed over the phone, we did explain that the missing parts were clearly disclosed in the item description before purchase.
We appreciate your review, as it also helps other buyers understand the type of store we are. We sell a variety of items, including New, Open Box, Refurbished, and Used products, and some items may be missing parts or original accessories when clearly noted in the listing.
We always encourage customers to carefully read the full description, especially the condition notes and any information regarding missing parts, before purchasing.
Thank you for your feedback.

Very fast shipping
Very fast shipping, the items were in good condition, but one was missing the bolts. For the price, I provided my own. A little hiccup from the checkout for free shipping for $100 purchase. I went ahead and paid shipping. Will buy from them again.

My Craftsman 20V Trimmer arrived today
My Craftsman 20V Trimmer arrived today, but was absent the black auxiliary loop handle attachment it was supposed to include. I have reached out to The Wisebuy to see what they intend to do about it. Not a good first experience with this vender.

Reply to my review was that the fan is…
Reply to my review was that the fan is "normal" to be this loud. I PROMISE you, as a deaf person who could hear it loudly without my hearing aides, and it is SO loud you have to scream to have a conversation, is NOT anywhere near normal or they never would have sold one. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I will not deal with liars. 80 dollars wasted and absolutely NO accountability or compensation. Too bad. I love to spend money, but Ino more here. Shame. What happened to customer service.
