The Wolfman Store Reviews

Ordered a bullpup air rifle. When received and chronographed power was low so contacted wolfman they said no problem would send out another the next Saturday.
Got a phone call on the Friday and they said the second gun was the same so could have money back or pick a different gun.
Picked another make they had in stock and received the next day . New gun was more expensive and they added a second magazine and received 2 tins of pellets at no extra cost . What a great shop and ecellent service. Staff polite, they can't do enough for you .

Easy ordering experience, delivery was fast and on time.
Would use The Wolfman again without hesitation.

The Wolfman is my go to supplier for all things air guns related. Always an excellent range, competitively priced.
Delivery is always prompt, communication is excellent and they are a friendly bunch always happy to help.
Highly recommended!

Great service. Prices were competitive, face to face delivery for my air rifle was great and on time, accessories were dispatched quickly by 1st class mail and also received quickly.

Had an issue with the scope I ordered not fitting to my rifle as it should, initially spoke to customer service over the bank holiday weekend outside of office hours, then followed up with technical support who agreed the mounts weren't correct and then dispatched an alternative model which was received the next day with returns label ready to go. Problem solved.

Brilliant all round.

I can’t rate the service at The Wolfman highly enough. Delivery is quick, efficient and sensibly priced, customer service excellent and they gave a varied stock. I live in the Outer Hebrides so everything airgun related is bought online, The Wolfman is probably the best airgun store I have ever dealt with.

Brilliant shop. My first stop for everything. I can’t say it any better than that. All the boxes ticked
Cheers

Bought twice from this great company,,,a Weiraich 50 ,,125 anniversary rifle ,,and a Crossman Summit,,,both are wonderful rifles the best of course is the HW 50,,,but the Crossman Summit is excellent quality for a lot less money ,,and is very accurate and made in outstanding quality also,,,this company will deliver your gun FOC and at the same price as other dealers,,,I can't recommend them enough,,,will always buy from them if I can,,,,5 ***** ,,speak to Amelia or anyone on the sales dept ,,they will do you justice,,,,

I ordered a rifle for home delivery. The service I received was second to none. It arrived on time with a seamless handover. The rifle was better than expected with some wonderful stock grain. Via telephone, I added some mounts for the same rifle. Again, the service I received was great. Wolfman, highly recommended.

This HW45 was my second HW pistol from Wolfman, although I had no need of extensive comms with them I had the distinct impression through the tone of the couple of brief conversations we had & the emails that this was a company in whom I have complete confidence that if there were ever an issue they would be on it. Kinda wish I’d started buying Weihrauch pistols from them at the start of my journey back to airgunning instead of the Hatssns, the breakages, the horrible triggers, the P17s (no complaints, lovely little guns) the Gamos (nuff said) a 2240 & a couple of others languishing in the cupboard..the learning curve for the 45 is a little steeper than usual but a very very satisfying gun to use & after a few tins practice very accurate indeed.

The Wolfman Store offered amazing shopping experience. I was in touch with 3 different people at this store. Each of them was knowledgeable, very polite and professional. they answered all my queries and were able to order item I was looking for. Please let me stress this again extremely professional customer service. Wolfman now will be my go to store for my air rifle needs. Thank you!!!

Friendly prompt service for a long time I have bought air gun pellets from Wolfman .. now needed a new Air rifle the rest is history it arrived today as planned well pleased…

Good product, delivery and service

Quick and simple transaction, reasonably priced with quick delivery.

Great website and selection of pellets. Regular order status and postal updates. Can't ask for more.

Quick order turn around good prices

Amelia walked me through my first ever air rifle purchase. Never pushy for a sale and always open to answering my newbie questions. Once I'd selected my rifle, they reserved it for me, even though it wasn't available on their website at the time. Living on a Scottish Island means it isn't always easy to just travel to the mainland at the drop of a hat to buy something like this. The Wolfman store found me an RFD (Registered Firearms Dealer) less than 10 minutes from the ferry port, who was prepared to accept my rifle to hand over. I was over and back home in four hours, amazing. This is how you build a loyal customer base. I won't be looking anywhere else, for anything gun related if they have it in stock. A huge thanks to Amelia and Ciran for making this first-time purchase an absolute pleasure.
Well done all.
