It honestly doesn’t work. My Jack Russell just ignored it and we followed the guide to the letter over months
My suggestion is buy a cheaper version of the same product on Amazon. Then if it fails to work you haven’t wasted as much money. Really disappointed

Our new rescue dog was very reactive to noises during the night, so we purchased the anti-bark collar and it worked really well from the first night. After a short period of use, he settled completely and we no longer need it at home, although we still take it with us when visiting new places.

What an amazing product and company. So impressed with the customer care. The initial order was incorrect (my mistake) and all corrected without hesitation. Thank you Richard. A little treat also thrown in. So so kind.

This device is excellent. It works like a charm. When Dougal begins barking incessantly, at perceived threats, such as blowing leaves, distant barks from other dogs, birds flying over the garden, i know that if it gets out of hand just putting his Woof collar on stops the shouting instantly. It's also ideal when out and about, where life can become very exciting. We don't use it all the time and I've noticed that we need it less and less, because he's growing and learning, but I would never be without it. It takes seconds to switch on and clip in place and the device remembers the last setting, so straight to it. There are various settings of sound and vibration and you can choose either or both. Ours works well for Dougal on 3. The peace of mind is fabulous 👌

We’ve been using the Pre & Probiotics: Balance Gut Health & Boost Immunity tablets for a year or so now with our hound, and she eats them gleefully with her breakfast. We used to use a powder from another brand but it made her breakfast all powdery and she didn’t like it, but these are nice and discreet. Her coat seems to be much better now too. Always delivered promptly too.

I was sceptical about woof whisperer it was in my house 3 days before I fitted it. My Caucasian shepherd Mishka was not use to wearing a collar but as soon as it was fitted the barking stopped. She was really getting me down with constant barking especially when it gets dark. Mishka has the run of the house and garden and when she spotted someone going past my gates she would bark even more. This has stopped I now have a quiet much calmer dog. If I could I would give this collar a 100 stars it is worth a million pounds. I would highly recommend to everyone who wants a quiet dog. The wood whisperer is excellent. Thank you.

Unfortunately the collar did not work at all even on the highest setting. But I can’t fault the customer service at all, Richard was very prompt at resolving for me and even offered a training plan for me.

I reached out to Richard and the team to help with my dogs reactivity and over excitement or nervousness.
I had completed high level training with her as she was a street dog from Macedonia and needed help to adjust. Even after all her training she would go into a frenzied barking fit on arrival at our walking place and appeared to other owners to be aggressive when all she wanted to do was meet the others and play. With the help of the calming supplements and the collar I have a new and improved version of my dog. She doesn’t bark at the front door anymore and she doesn’t react to other dogs or strangers suddenly appearing. She is so chilled and has even started off lead work as she listens to everything I say. Together with the advice from Richard, calming supplements, calming treats and the collar I have turned an anxious, highly aroused dog into a calm active listener who wants to learn more and is so happy around everyone and everything.
I highly recommend this company, Richard especially and their products.

Purchased this collar just before Christmas, I would say it works intermittently. Sometimes it will not trigger when the dog actually barks but will go off and vibrate when he sneezes… I have tried to be persistent with this but I feel guilty when it goes off for reasons other than barking so often revert to taking it back off

A wonderful company that really cares. Unfortunately the collar did not work for my dog (a highly reactive rescue), but the team were really supportive and prepared a training plan and have also offered a full refund because my dog’s needs are so severe. The effort was really appreciated.

This has been life changing for us and our 18 month old cocker spaniel! We purchased a collar for him about 6 weeks ago as he had been waking us up barking every single morning and we had tried everything else but without success. This was immediately successful- absolutely fantastic. No more morning barking at all ever since day one of wearing the collar.
We only put it on overnight as doesn’t need it during the day. He’s completely happy to have it put on so we’re sure that he’s comfortable with it.

The collar worked a treat for our little working cocker who started barking at 2 years old at 5am. We saw instant results and hopefully this will last. We only put the collar on at night and I’m sure we can stop using it once the behaviour has been learned.

We got a rescue dog who we instantly fell in love with. He was so affectionate and settled in so well, we fell in love with him. However we had a major issue with him barking at other dogs to the extent that we knew that if we couldn’t solve the problem, we would have to return him to the rescue shelter. The barking was not only very loud but incredibly embarrassing.
We brought the collar as a final option as we had consulted a dog trainer with no improvement. It worked almost instantly. We are so delighted.
The back up literature was so helpful and we got some calming tablets as well which we think helped.

Very sadly we were unable to keep our rescue terrier due to his severe aggressive behavioural issues but Richard and the team at The Woof Whisperer went above and beyond to support us. He took the time to reach out, offering advice, guidance and understanding even though we returned the item we purchased. We had near instant results with this collar- combined with the recommended training cues. Our cockapoo has gone from what felt like constant on and off barking throughout the day to hardly any barking, and if he does bark, he quickly stops with a "quiet" command. We haven't used the collar after the first couple of days- its now been 5-6 weeks- though ready to use it again if need a little top up reminder!

This collar literally saved my son's job. He had been let down by his dog sitter and had in the past had an aggressive neighbour complaining that his dog barked constantly, if they left him home alone. He tried the camera with sound, so he could reassure his dog, but that didn't work. He was so stressed, and had missed work a few days, when he couldn't get someone to stay with his dog, that when I saw your ad, I thought I would order it for him.
My son was amazed. No barking! His dog even seemed more relaxed, what a life saver. No irate neighbour too.

Didn't work for our reactive frenchie. If anything, it just gave her something else to bark at!

Given my dogs are now 10, I thought there would be little chance these collars would help train them to stop barking- I was wrong! Within 2-3 hrs the barking had drastically reduced and by day 3 non existent. Even when I take the collars off to recharge them, the dogs are not barking. Absolutely brilliant, wish I'd found you guys 9yrs ago!

My experience with the shop itself was fine, easy website to use and quick delivery. I purchased the anti bark collar for our dog as after our first baby the barking was becoming a nuisance. I purchased in February and tried the collar on and off for a few months but it never seemed to work right. The collar didn’t always alarm when the dog barked and she has a loud bark then sometimes when she was playing rubbing on the carpet with no noise it would alarm so it was giving mixed signals. It’s my fault I left it longer than the 30 days to test properly and contact the company but basing on my experience I would not reccomend this product.

Bought the collar for our dog who is quite reactive to other dogs and worked well. Our dog ended up chewing the clips and we weren’t able to find the correct size on Amazon. Messaged Richard who replied promptly and was very generous in his help, sent us a replacement clip for free! Would highly recommend this company :)
