Poor quality of the product

Poor quality of the product. I asked to return it, they said i needed to ship it back to china, which would have cost me almost its price! When i asked them to take in charge this shipment, they never replied!

Unfunctional Products

Magnetic charging case was not functioning. And it was almost impossible to take the case out. If you think how thin a Fold 7 is, so much power should it not be required to take it out.

I don't even want to talk about the charging station.

Recieved exactly what i ordered delivered within the time frame offered can't fault.

I seen some bad reviews for here and was nearly detered from ordering but I can confirm everything is legit tracking was spot on and even the communication from the company itself would highly recommend.

Product was 100% garbage! It should be sold in the DOLLAR TREE literally! Paper thin plastic ,was sent with no screen protection barrier for front or camera!! It will absolutely NOT protect your phone in any way if dropped on a pillow it still will have damage with this trash !! How bad does a product have to be where you dont even want your money back!! I want to stay suckard as a lesson to me!! 55.00 dollars to never EVER purchase from them is a blessing!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They sent me a case that was missing the SPen and the front glass to the front cover was also missing. I wrote them and they are willing to do nothing to fix this issue! They simply could care less. Save yourself the aggravation and buy from someone else!

Cheap poor quality

I got the metallic Z fold 6 case, very cheap thin plastic, no shock absorption, and the edges and hinge break easily. They use fake review on their website and I did not find a way to leave a review directly on their site. You’re paying for shipping mostly, because there’s no way that case is worth more than 5 dollars let alone 50.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

like all the other reviews. This is a scam i bought a case for the fold 7 no where on the site does it say shipping from china. wireless charging doesnt work and the front part of the case block the charging port so i have to unfold the device to plug a charger in.
Contacted for a refund and was told i need to send it back to china at my expense before i get a refund.
So i have to pay for them to ship me a product that is not fit for purpose and now i have to pay to send it back to maybe get my money back. Im sure it would get lost in transit.

Please please avoid. They claim to have 24/7 support. Theur phone line does not work and they do not reapond to messages via any platform. Thank gooodness I used paypal so I have my money back but they are a scam through and through

AVOID THIS STORE!!!

AVOID THIS STORE!!!! I have a Samsung Fold 7. The charging stand doesn't work with a case on it and even without goes in and out. Car mount doesn't fit standard size vent and the screen protectors are to small for the phone. Additionally, they fail to mention the items are coming from China and will take weeks to arrive. Take your hard earned money elsewhere!!

They are deceitful before you even purchase

They don't link to any of the actual thousands of reviews that they supposedly have. The phone number they site for customer service is constantly busy. The address that they list for their business does not actually house their business. I did receive my case that I ordered, however it did fall apart pretty easily, so it was poor quality, and definitely not worth the price they are charging for it.

So far the phone is busy, the address seems non existent, the package was 2 weeks late and came from Miami Hialeah, not Baltimore, MD like the website says.

I ordered just under a month a go

I ordered just under a month a go, it does state 10-14 days for delivery. I waited longer due to the festive season but still no delivery. I've emailed twice but still no response. It does state it aims to get back to customers within 24hrs, 4 days later still nothing. Luckily I paid through PayPal so been able to request a refund. Disappointed, really bad service

They sent a defective car charger and…

They sent a defective car charger and holder for my z-fold 6. The first time I used it, it made my phone so hot it literally melted my bank card in my phone case, and I had to request a replacement card to be sent out from my bank. I reported this immediately since it happened within the first couple of days of me owning the defective product, and I have since contacted them via email four times and received no response. Their phone number always rings busy. Stay away from this company and their product even though they aggressively market what seems to be very useful products.

2/17/2026 Update
I was pleasantly surprised when, after all these months, I saw a response from the company. Despite four email request to the exact same email address they list, I had heard nothing from them when they shipped me a unit that was clearly defective.

I, again, reached out to them as they suggested in their response here , and days have gone by with no response from them. I suspect that there won't be one. The response here on this platform was for others who might read my complaint , not to reach out to me to resolve my situation with them. It was for public consumption.

I will happily update this review with a different resolution if I ever hear back from them, but they have all of my information and have for some time, and I don't suspect I ever will. I wrote this review to protect future potential customers by sharing my experience. Just please be aware that if you don't get your product or it does not work properly, you will likely have no recourse. Another company would probably be a better choice.

Don't provide free returns as advertised

Update1 -
I still get their emails but now they lost a Baltimore address. Do a street view. Isn't this illegal? Fortunately, I can't upload the files but the address is

I did not realize it came from China until I sent a letter stating that I needed to return the products because I returned the Samsung Z7 Fold due to the poor resolution. Their site says free returns within the first 15 days.
The email I received was from China with NO paid return, as advertised on their site "free returns within 15 days". I followed up and never heard back from them.
The products are TERRIBLE.

Received and even though it looks the part it is much heavier than I expected and hence I am unlikely to use it. I have requested to return it but the cost of sending back to China is quite high and I am not confident I will ever see the refund.
