I am extremely impressed with both the service and product quality from Things Engraved. I was looking for a special gift for my brother and sent them a picture of a sign he has in his backyard bar. I wasn't sure they would be able to use it as a template, so I was so pleased when they sent a mock-up showing the design on a waffle towel, wine glasses, and beer glasses.
I received the products yesterday, and they are perfect. The quality is excellent, and the engraving exceeded my expectations. Throughout the process, the team was very responsive to my emails and chat inquiries, and they were prompt in preparing and shipping my order.
I placed the order late in the day on June 2 and received it in Nova Scotia on June 8, which was incredibly fast. I had specifically been searching for a Canadian company and am so glad I found Things Engraved.
I would absolutely recommend Things Engraved to anyone looking for personalized gifts. Their customer service, turnaround time, and product quality are outstanding.

I would like to express my extreme disappointment regarding my order and the customer service I have received.

Before the item was shipped, I sent an email asking for confirmation that everything was correct before sending the package. Unfortunately, I never received a response.

When I received the product, I discovered that my concerns were justified. The engraving includes text with no picture at all on it, that was not supposed to be there, and the final result is far from what I requested and expected.

I then sent a second email explaining the issue and asking for assistance. Once again, I received no response.

I am extremely disappointed, not only with the quality of the product I received, but also with the complete lack of communication from your customer service team. I made every effort to contact you both before and after receiving my order, yet my emails have been ignored.

This purchase was intended to be a meaningful personalized gift, and the result is very disappointing. The lack of support has only made the situation worse.

I would appreciate a prompt response explaining how you intend to resolve this matter.

The mug I ordered was exactly what I wanted.
It turned out so good. And I had it wrapped and it was a very nice touch.
My son really likes it, it was a perfect grad gift for him.

I needed this item quickly as it was for an event in a few days that I needed to travel to, so I paid for rush delivery. The engraving was simple (only letter/initial). Unfortunately there was a mix up with the first proof and delays due to volume of orders. In the end it was delivered to an alternate address and all was okay, however if I had better understood the process (proof, approval etc) I would have had less stress and frustration. Having the whole thing explained, with real timing, would have helped immensely. I did appreciate the free gift wrapping as a show of good faith for the error and delay.

I am very disappointed. This is a towel, not a throw/ blanket for a couch.

Randomly cancelled due to a glitch is what they claimed. As a result order was restarted and didn't arrive on time.

Disappointed as the gift now has to be mailed to the recipient.

The customer service was efficient, that is from ordering- the site is user friendly, the mockup was promptly sent and delivery was timely. The product is reasonably priced and according to what was requested. This was my first time purchasing from "Things Engraved"and I most definitely will purchase again and reference this company to others.

Fast and good engraving

The process to have our own item engraved was easy and the service was fantastic! The communication from the customer service representatives was fast and they always followed up with me, which I really appreciated.
