Think in Italian Reviews 

I started learning Italian with Stefano‘s course 3 weeks ago. It‘s a fabulous concept, I seem to pick up new words every day without apparent work! And I feel good about talking right from the beginning, I‘ve never experienced anything comparable when learning a language so far.

Stefano has created an incredible system for people who actually want to talk and communicate with Italian people. It's both fast and easy as well as nuanced, in-depth and measured. I employ several different methods from watching films to talking with a tutor twice weekly, but ThinkinItaltian is the basis of my study and the basis of my progressive learning. I'm now at lesson 146 and I leave for Italy in 7 weeks.

After taking 40 (out of 250) 'Ripeti con Me' lessons I find the course enjoyable and highly useful. Each lesson has a focus on broad-usage forms (e.g. the correct use of when/while, before/after); in the meantime, vocabulary is enlarged, and grammar is introduced as if 'thru the back door.' Every lesson contains new material but also builds on material already learnt. Far from being a mere collection of phrases, this is in fact a very sophisticated method that for me works extremely well. Personally I can say that my progress from one lesson to the next is substantial.

ThinkinItalian is a meraviglioso website to imparare Italiano. It offers so many different ways of engaging in the Italian language. It is well worth the investment. Grazie Stefano!

I have been using thinkinitalian.com for 6 months. I think it is an excellent app for learning Italian. The available content is a bargain at twice the price of a one year subscription. You can easily fill several hours a day using the resources. However the suggested one lesson a day (roughly 25 minutes) has provided me a great way to learn this wonderful language. Ciao!

I found this to be the best way of learning a new language. I have tried many apps but the problem is when I am in a situation to talk in the new language I don't know how to say the words I know. This way you talking all the time and you can compare what you are saying with the voice you are listening to.

Perfect when I am cleaning, driving and working on computer. That I can use my hands to other things and still learn a new language. I am very very happy with this metod.

After hundreds of hours of looking at Italian language videos, online courses etc I've finally found a method that works for me--lots of audio instruction in both English and Italian covering a vast assortment of conversational situations plus plenty of explanation on all the important grammar topics, and more. Everything is presented in a clear, well-organized and uncomplicated manner. A very effective method.

I recently had difficulties subscribing (actually re-subscribing) to the course after a break in my studies. Stefano promptly answered all emails (within a couple hours at most) and worked out the issues and got me subscribed. This has been my experience with Thinkinitalian in the past as well -- great course, great service!

Ripeti con me. I enthusiastically look forward to spending time with all the Italian language learning resources on fluentsimple.com. There are many choices available to bolster my interest and skills. In my opinion the package deal "Imparare con me" is well worth the cost. Stephano (creator and owner of the app) has a great voice and approach to language instruction. I think of him as a friend who is trying ever way possible to help me learn Italian.

I've been using Stefano's other website [italianforsingers.com] and I highly recommend it for any singer that is not a native speaker and would like to perfect her/his Art. The recordings come in two, a slow one which gives you a chance to clearly listen to each word and another faster and more expressive allowing you to get a good sense of dynamics, accents and general flow.

If you're anything like me and you're(frustrated) searching on the internet for that ideal online language course in Italian that focuses on speaking and listening + incorporates grammar naturally via these 2 fundamentals than Fluent Simple is for you.

I'm so grateful to Stefano for creating such a site that's very effective in learning Italian. Really he's done all the hard work for you,  you've just got to listen and repeat, covering a variety of grammar in his vast topics of conversation. Try it and you'll see the results for yourself.

For learning Italian, the Italian audio course, “Ripeti con me!” is the next best thing to studying in Italy.

To learn Italian you need to listen to a native speaker and to practise speaking yourself.

If you can’t go to italy you can take Stefano’s excellent audio lessons.
A lesson is based on a grammar topic which is absorbed by listening and speaking in a natural way, rather than by studying grammar.
Each lesson builds on previous lessons using interesting, realistic content.
There are excellent grammar explanations on the website, as a reference, if needed.

There are also short stories and interesting articles on the website, at all levels of ability. These are an opportunity to see how the language is written, and are another opportunity to hear it spoken.

The lessons are a pleasure to use and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in learning Italian in a natural and enjoyable way.

some of the stories are really great... very unusual and interesting. I teach italian and find them helpful for listening and reading comprehension. Perhaps an email 3 times per week with updates, instead of daily, would be good - otherwise i can't keep up.

I am enjoying greatly Fluentsimple. I am fluent in Spanish and French, so, naturally, I wanted to learn Italian because of the beautiful sing song nature of the language. I needed a program that provides me with multiple means to read, listen, as well as read out loud...along with immediate translations. I am progressing quickly in my ability to recognize and make educated guesses at the meanings of words. Italian pronunciation is comparably very easy in that it is phonetic, similar to Spanish.

What I am lacking is the chance to speak in back and forth conversations and write in my own voice and story. Really, what anyone does in normal conversation.

I think the grammar lessons and little tips about the Italian language are fantastic. I grew up in Brooklyn and spent much of my youth in and out of Italian American households. The sing song nature of the language got into me so much as a child/youth, that it seems almost natural to speak Italian (although I am far from fluent).

Anyway, thanks for the great website, it is really useful, and a great improvement over learning languages prior to the internet.
