These towels are amazing! They’re huge, they’re beautiful, soft and fluffy! I purchased the hand towels and bath towels as well.
The directions read to wash before using and to not use fabric softener, which I wasn’t pleased about…I expected them to feel scratchy and look flat. I will be purchasing more to replace my old linen, as well as for gifts!

Great products and great customer service experience as I was having an issue checking out. Issue was sorted out extremely fast and my order arrived before I expected. Throws are soft and plush. The Soaps smell great and could not be happier with my purchase or experience.

These are by far the best luxury bath products on the market! I just purchased four robes from the Signature line which is unique to Thirsty Towels and Robes. They are Christmas gifts for my most treasured and supportive family members: my Mother, Daughter, Son in law and Grandson. (Four gifts for four generations in fact.) I couldn't wait and asked Mom to open hers today, three days early. Here are her thanks in her own words: "This is absolutely gorgeous, a much higher quality than what I selected at Amazon. Bought a thirsty robe for my husband. Practically dragged on the floor it was so long. Sent it back for exchange ($34 postage) and received a "petite" which only comes in XS, but my husband is very thin. Good length, but so skimpy that it doesn't stay closed when he sits down. So you have your choice: XXL or teeny weeny. Total of $163 wasted.

I placed an order on 6 Feb 20 and the website says it should ship within 2 - 4 business days. It's now 12 Feb 20 all it says is order processing. I have made multiple calls and sent numerous emails to request status. At this point I'm ready to file a fraud complaint with my bank.

Update: So after 2 days of trying to reach customer service, 5 minutes after I post this review they email me. Really, this better be one hell of a robe.

I agree with the Don’t Waste Your Time review below. My robe arrived defective and unwearable because it was cut incorrectly. The robe gapes open from the chest down flaring out to either side. It is unfixable, and since it does not cover my body, it iis unusable. I monogrammed it in good faith that it would function as a robe and they refuse to issue a refund. .

throughout the process (from ordering, processing, delivery and return), this company’s employees were rude, unprofessional, and disinterested in its customers. Not even 1*. I’m out $100; I suppose I could cut it up make dust cloths......

Absolutely horrible quality robe. This was supposed to be one of their high end robes, which run $140-$180, and when I received the robe it was literally the quality of an abrasive dollar store towel, and weighed 6 pounds! It was supposed to be a gift, and now it is going in the donation pile. You could find a better robe literally anywhere for a 1/4 of the price. SAVE YOUR MONEY and time, do not order from here.

*Update* In response to their reply below, they did know who I was, because I had just talked to customer service, AND they emailed me personally 2 minutes after I posted this review. Dishonest company, with poor quality product and service.

The robe I purchased is five-star quality, and the delivery time was record breaking.

WOW!! Same-day monogramming and same-day shipping. And that’s after I called to fix a mistake I had made when typing in the monogramming initials! Customer service is prompt and very helpful:) To add to this, upon receiving my towels I couldn’t believe the quality. I have washed them a few times now and I am quiet pleased at the softness and absorbency (purchased their presidential line) At least as good as Resto or Pottery Barn for much less of the cost. Thank you Thirsty Towels, I will be sure to recommend you to my family near and far. Will be ordering a robe or two very soon.

I returned to ThirstyTowels to replace a bathrobe that I purchased several years ago which my husband loved. The robe was huge. I purchased the L/XL - as I had done with the original - but the robe was very long and the sleeves were too long. I contacted their customer service - sent them pictures of the old robe and the new one - - and they suggested I send it back and that they would measure it to see if it was perhaps the wrong size. They contacted me once by phone - had not measured it and when I explained the difference in the sizes the woman agreed to do a full measuring on her end.

After not hearing anything for a couple of weeks I sent an email to follow up only to receive a response that said, we put the robe back in the mail to you last week!

I received the same robe I had returned the next day with a type written note that said that they found the the sleeves were 1” longer than stated on their web site and that eventually it would shrink.

I am now going to take the robe to a seemstress to modify it so that my husband can wear it.

I am VERY disappointed in their customer service... I will look elsewhere to replace the other robes I have purchased from them.

I have ordered from Thirsty Towels for years because of their excellent quality. This time I mistakenly ordered the wrong size bathrobe and the lady graciously helped me through the return and exchange process. The new one arrived and everything is good.

Bathrobe is perfect -- thick, thirsty cotton, very soft, very plush, fits well. Only drawback is because of the superior quality, it's so heavy! Package arrived quickly, and embroidered name was done well. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
