The product didn't arrive.
The product didn't arrive the first time. However, after sending an e-mail, 31:8 sent me the poster again, which arrived within a couple of days. Probably, the original problem was a postal delivery issue rather than with them.

1) Although was heartbroken that a note was not left to inform where the package was placed, the items were to my satisfaction and value for cost!! And I would recommend "Thirtyone:eight" 100%
1) I was heartbroken that a note was not sent or posted in my letterbox informing me that my parcel was left in a bin in my front garden. The items needed were urgently needed at the time of the order!
2) I did not receive a phone call or an email to notify me of the delivery! To my surprise, while putting out the rubbish, I discovered the parcel hidden between dustbins!!
