Great service. Had a loan that migrated from JN Bank. Paid this off a bit early, settled quickly and email confirmed close. All off my credit report as expected. Good communication.

Great friendly
customer service. Had an issue with logging in.
Calls answered very quickly. Had to call in a couple of times and spoke to Nana. The matter was resolved quickly and efficiently. Though I was frustrated at the time, the service was impressive.

Used ThisBank for a small home improvement loan. I especially appreciate the support available online and on call which help me to manage my account and clarify questions quickly and easily. My agent Naana sent me all supporting documentation to help with my enquiry whilst on call to me and assured I understood how to control and access my account. This has been a significant improvement since the changes for the provider formerly JN Bank.

Vicky was extremely helpful and very reassuring, guiding me through the process with patience, courtesy and good humour.
