BE WARNED - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Either this company is extremely poor at email receipts or we have been scammed. I am inclined to say that sadly we have spent £180 on a trampoline which we will never see.
I placed the order on Sunday 14th June and have not received any email confirmation order and yet the money has been taken from our account. I have absolutely no idea what is going on with our order or even if this company stocks trampolines. Please don't use this company they are clearly profiting from Covid 19. We will continue to try and contact them but have very little hope of receiving the trampoline or getting our money back.

We were looking for camping chairs and table which are comfortable and a good height on the table. Well worth the money paid as was on offer.

Item doesn't work (which, to be fair, isn't the stores fault) so I will send it back and, hopefully, they will replace it with no quibbles.

The item was despatched quickly so no issues there - as such if the replacement of the item is dealt with efficiently then my store rating will go up.

I placed my order on 24th May and to date(8th June) I have still not recieved the goods. Speaking with the company they confirmed the item was dispatched on 25th May and also speaking with the carrier recently they confirmed they had not recieved the goods so which Black Hole have my goods gone to? Poor service from customer care who read from a script and follow procedure which gave me no confidence at all in this company.

Ordered a parasol from them, estimated delivery 3 weeks. Ordered it on 15/05, in the delivery depot 19/05. Been scanned by the courier 5 times. Didn’t arrived. Send message to seller, they’ve replied 7 days later saying the item has been lost in transit. Many questions: how long did they know about it, why they haven’t contacted me about it. Have the courier been scanning not existing item? They are now sold out of the parasols and I’ve missed a cheaper one which sadly didn’t choose as the delivery time was 4 weeks.
If I could I would give them 5 stars for the worst customer service ever.
By the way the delivery depot is not even 1 hour away from my address, when I send them a message I asked them to contact the courier as I’m not their customer and can’t talk to courier directly. I said I am more than happy to go and collect the item myself. Of course after one week waiting they finally telling me it has been lost in transit. Which transit I don’t know really, probably will never find out.
So I had to order another parasol(obviously other seller), will wait in the best case scenario another 3 weeks. Quite honestly I was so hopping to sit in my garden and enjoy the good weather as I can’t expose myself to sun for a long time and this is the first time I have a garden in my life. Sadly it won’t happen.

Poor service!! Placed an order through manomano and wanted to order a black parasol yet was diverted to a navy one and ordered was placed. I quickly sent a cancellation request and was informed the seller had recieved an email and the process was started.

Yet I received an email to say the parcel was shipped monday, I sent 2 emails to this is it store to inform them and recieved no reply. I have tried to phone them with no answer since Monday.

The delivery driver dropped the parcel off and did not allow me time to refuse the parcel. I have tried ringing this is it store again for the to rearrange a collection and yet again had no joy!!!

Manomano has also told me they have sent more than 3 emails since saturday and had no reply! Yet they have replied to someone on here 3 hours ago!!

Would not use this service again and expect my money back whether that's me contacting my bank or manomano to sort it out!!!

Ordered a sun lounger received a bathroom cabinet... they were quick to sort it but very hard to contact initially and communication wasn’t great
